The organization I work for has been using isolved since 2014 for payroll and now house our entire employee lifecycle in their system. It has been great to add new features over the years as they are constantly innovating the platform.Review from Jonathan D

I have been using Isloved for a little over 3 years now, *********** I work for has been using them for longer. I am thrilled with what Isloved has to offer. They have given me the opportunity to grow in my career and the training classes that they offer have helped me elevate as an HR Coordinator. One thing I really like about Isolved is that it saves me a lot of time when it comes to my in office tasks. Things that would have taken me a longer time to complete now take little to no time at all. This allows me to focus on things such as the Employee Experience. They are solving many issues by being a full service company. Sometimes it is a little more difficult to reach support, but for the most part I am able to get my questions and concerns answered in a timely manner.Review from Lisa C

**************** is A+. Our employees love the interaction of the People Cloud, it makes keeping track of their time easier. Our complex payroll has never been so smooth....Isolved set up minimizes errors and allows for easy corrections. Our employees are in charge of their own open enrollment which has freed up our HR Department for other important tasks. My only issue is writing my own custom reports, I find that a bit cumbersome. But all of the customer service group is always ready to jump in and help when needed. All and all I believe the moving to Isolved has simplified our payroll, open enrollment and general HR functions.Review from Eric C

Honestly this company needs to be investigated. My company started working with them to provide benefits such as fsa/hsa. I thought this was a cool option so I decided to opt in for an ***, as I had one in the past and it was pretty helpful. About a week after opening the account I am emailed saying I neeed to provide proof of address. I recently went through a divorce and moved states so my options for documentation were limited but I was eventually told I can use last 60 days of bank statements which I was told to upload to the online portal, which I did. Then they sent me my cards and I thought all was good until I went to use the cards and they declined. Then I reach back out to customer support and am told Im only allowed to use bank statements if I have a loan or mortgage, and that my docs were denied. It didnt make ANY sense because NONE of the MULTIPLE emails or calls Ive had with them stated this. I used to sell cars and we followed the same patriot act that they supposedly do and we used bank statements all the time plenty of people rent or simply dont have open loans. Well eventually I get fed up with the misinformation and shady business so when they send me the email on march 8th saying they close my account on the 18th if I dont provide them with what I already did Im like ok cool let them close it. But the things is they never did, I have called multiple times in the last couple weeks, started a case with them and still when I ask why my account isnt closed EVERYONE I talk to says I dont know they know so much about why Im not allowed to open the account, they take money from my work who pulls it from my check, they are STILL putting money into the *** account on there portal, which I can see I just cannot access, but they DONT KNOW why they havent closed my account and returned my money. At this point it is simply theft and does not seem lawful to take money that I cant access when Ive asked multiple times to close the account. SHADY!!Review from Brandy T

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. The lack of professionalism, communication from management and staff have been less than satisfactory. (With the exception of a few people that made the effort). *** asked several times for management to call regarding termination. They finally reached out to basically claim information that anyone in Isolved couldve told me and or helped with. They are charging outrageous termination fees to terminate and claiming they will reduce at 50% but not taking accountability for lack of communication. Isolved is not the number one payroll that is priced appropriately as they are over priced and since the black out they have had a lot of issues. They blamed the issues they were having on the black out as that is what some customer service have told me. I will never use them again and I advise highly to go elsewhere unless you want incompetent people to handle your payroll and needs. There are better companies out there that truly care for their customers and strive to actually hear and keep them versus just charging outrageous fees that arent even explained. If corporate or higher up cant even get involved and try keeping a long time customer, then something is wrong with the customer service aspect of what ****************** claims their business is based off of. Absolutely terrible. A time clock that forces you to type your credentials and have a code sent every single time you clock in and out. Incredibly frustrating and nonsensical. Employees now get to regulate the very frustrating experience at the start of each day. The "support" is indifferent. You do have the option to download another of their apps to authenticate and reduce the need to enter user, pw and code every 12 hrs, but based on the extremely poor function and surveillance of the primary app, I wouldn't install another app from them if you can help it. I called and waited on hold for what seemed liked forever. I eventually caved and picked the call me back option when it was my turn in line. Well it's been hours and i still haven't heard from them. They clearly need to hire more people to handle call volume.isolved HCM, LLC Response

isolved has repeatedly told us that they have put our W2s in the mail and we have yet to receive them. We discontinued business with them in October and they still do not have them ready. They are liars and I would never trust them with my money again.isolved HCM, LLC Response

Isolved is HORRIBLE to do business with. I have paid my bill EVERY month EARLY online via echeck for over 15 months now, they always take my money immediately.My coverage has been dropped and restarted too many times to count. I no longer have vision coverage and they cannot fix it. They took my money to provide me a service. They did not provide that service. The simple word for this is stealing. I will be seeking legal console with this this. The stress over paying $1,500 a month to these crooks and consistently being told by medical providers that my insurance is no longer active is causing me such anxiety that I am loosing sleep over this. My medical condition is suffering as well as my job performance.isolved HCM, LLC Response

I elected to continue insurance coverage with COBRA through isolved when I changed employment. On July 24, 2023, I provided payment for the month of August. I was supplied with a payment schedule. Coverage was never activated. I incurred medical bills from the month of August and all coverage was denied when sent to the insurance company (Cigna). I incurred massive medical bills due to their negligence and have had to pay everything out of pocket. I contacted this company four times for them to resolve the issue. This issue was never resolved due to their incompetence. On the fifth attempt, I realized that this company had no intention of providing the service I paid for, so I asked for a refund. I was assured a refund would be issued. I called once more and asked for a supervisor and the customer service agent hung up on me, after telling me that they must wait for a reimbursement to their company from a third party. I have a paper trail a mile long and have sought another resolution to have my money returned. This company is by far the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
