              I signed a contract with Gran Creations to provide countertops, cabinets, backsplash, and flooring in my home. When they came out to install our kitchen they were careless in their installation. They damaged the new cabinets, did a horrible job on the backsplash, messed up my walls, didn't install my floors, and overall left the kitchen undone. When I contacted them with a list of things that were wrong/unacceptable the owner was very nasty with me and basically tried to make all of the their mistakes my fault. Instead of handling the issues and trying to come up with a solution to address them it became a blame game with them and we got nowhere. I agreed to let the same "installers" come back into my home because I had no choice, the disrespect was so awful when they arrived that I asked them to leave. They left my kitchen unfinished and are unwilling to work with me to get it corrected and completed. I am very upset, I have been ripped off. They did messy work and it is unfinished.
