  Despite having submitted multiple support forms and providing all the requested information, I keep receiving negative responses, and my account remains compromised.
  I have followed every step of your recovery process, but each reply from your support team denies my request without offering a viable solution or further assistance. At this point, I feel completely powerless and abandoned by a system that seems to favor protecting the hacker over supporting a legitimate customer.

  Spent thousands on games from the company, just to get hacked 2 different times with security measures enabled, and they say that they are just all idiots who don't know what they are doing, and the security steps that the company takes doesn't work if I have been hacked this much and still awaiting this for the second time to get my account back that I have put so much money into. Terrible company!

  Bonjour,Depuis plus de 2 semaines, je me suis fait pirat mon compte.J'ai fait toutes les procdures recquises auprs du service **** ( ****** ) pour le rcupr.Hors j'ai l'impression d'avoir un service qui fait tout pour pas que je le rcupre.J'ai suivi, fait et re-fait tout ce qu'il m'a t demand. Mais sa n'aboutie rien.On a l'impression que le support, protge le pirate "dit". C'est une vaste blague...J'ai dpens des centaines d'euro sur mon compte Epic Game et pas qu'un peu...J'adore ce "Groupe" mais le support n'a rien avoir avec l'image de ce que propose Epic.J'aimerais avoir une aide de votre part pour reprendre ce qui m'appartient car les solutions me ********* suis tellement "dgout".   My ******** account was hacked in March 2025 and I have been fighting Epic Games to gain access back, all requests I have made have been denied. It sure was easy for a hacker to gain access to my account, but oddly enough when I, the actual account creator, request access I get denied? I have spent a lot of time and money on this game. Its been a truly disappointing customer service experience.

  I am reporting the game Paradise on the Epic Games Store, which promotes a fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme. The game deceives players by promising high returns on investments tied to a specific cryptocurrency that has no real-world value. Many users have reported this scam, but Epic Games has failed to take any action to remove the game or address the concerns of those affected.The cryptocurrency promoted by the game is completely fake and cannot be traded or exchanged for anything legitimate. As a result, players have spent real money on in-game purchases or the fake cryptocurrency, only to realize they have been misled. This has caused significant financial harm to many individuals.Epic Games, as a major platform, has a responsibility to protect its users from fraudulent content. Allowing a scam like Paradise to remain on the Epic Games Store is irresponsible and puts its community at risk. The platform has been repeatedly alerted about this issue, yet it continues to host the game without any intervention or communication with affected users.I urge Epic Games to take immediate action and remove Paradise from the platform. The game is misleading and harmful to players, and its continued availability violates the trust users place in Epic Games. In addition, I request that Epic Games implement stronger measures to screen for fraudulent content in the future to prevent similar scams from being hosted on the platform.

  Once upon a time, in the not epic whatsoever kingdom of Epic Games, I fell for what can only be described as the * Bucks hustle. As a software developer, I shouldve spotted the traps, but even the sharpest minds can fall prey to labyrinthine business practices. Anywaysso my nephew wanted * bucks for this game, ********. I thought, ok simple online transaction. Spoiler alert: It wasnt simple. I go onto the Epic Games website, expecting to purchase a gift card-like product that would send a code to my email. Instead, I unwittingly embarked on a journey filled with twists, turns, and enough frustration to make anyone crazy. First, they required me to create an account just to check out. Little did I know, this account would become a prison for the * Bucks Id just purchased, because apparently, theyre non-transferable and non-refundable. Its almost as if they dont want you to know that upfronthmmm curious, isnt it? Realizing my mistake, I scrambled to find customer service. Another spoiler: They dont have one! At least, not in the traditional sense. What they have is a help portal, which felt less like a lifeline and more like a digital void designed to swallow complaints whole. My issue wasnt listed in their FAQs (shocking, I know, since there is No Way Im the first ****** to make this mistake). So, I logged a support ticket and braced myself for salvation. Oh, how naive I was. After days of back and forth, during which, I was forced to spoil my nephew's birthday surprise to gather the information they needed about his account, the plot twist arrived: Were unable to assist you. * Bucks are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between accounts. As a developer, I know thats a choice, not a limitation. Epic Games clearly has chosen to make this process convoluted, and its clear why. Confused customers are profitable customers. In the end, what should have been a joyous gift-giving experience turned into a masterclass on how to lose a customer.

  My account has gotten stolen, the hacker disconnected all of my linked accounts and changed my email and password. I spent so much time and money on this game. I really frustrated, Epic didnt even do anything to help! I dont know what else I can do

  I have been trying to recover my account for a while, it probably got hacked. I was unable to change password, my email is apparently not linked to any account. I am 100% it was this email so it probably got changed by the hacker as well as the password and the account name. I have been trying to recover it 3 times, always the same automated message saying my request to recover the account isn't accepted.I also trying to directly send an email, once again automated answer saying this adress isn't monitored for ********** their tool to recover doesn't work and I can't manage to discuss with an human being about the issue, I don't know what to do.
