      I PURCHASE A 2012 BMW X5 & AS ADVERTISE IT STATED THAT IT HAS NAVIGATION WHICH IT DOES NOT. IF I KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASE IT. IT ALSO APPEARS TO MR THAT THE CODE HAS BEEN SETIN ORDER TO SELL IT WITHOUT NOTICING IT. AT THE MOMENT THE IS SMOKE COMING FROM THE VENTS AND AND UNDERNEATH. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PARTS REPLACE ON IT AND CONSTANTLY THERE IS MAINTAINCE INFORMATION CONSTANLY COMING ON THE SCREEN. I ONLY HAD THIS VEHICLE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TOBE IN THIS TYPE OF SITUATION. I PREFER TO TURN THE VEHICLE BACK AND THEY PAY THE BACK BACK.

      Approximately June 1, 2022, I purchased a black 2008 Nissan 350z Enthusiast (vin# *****************) you advertised for $9,999.00. After test-driving the vehicle, I expressed to the sales agent *** ********** my dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the vehicle and agreed to leave the vehicle overnight to get the vehicle “show-room” cleaned. Upon my return the next day, and despite the vehicle still not being cleaned, or anywhere near “show-room” finish, I really liked the vehicle, and proceeded with purchasing. I immediately drove the vehicle to a car repair shop in ****, NC for a full mechanical work up. The repair shop discovered extensive and major body damage to the subframe and under-carriage of the vehicle. Portions of the damage were severe enough to prohibit the repair shop from further repairs until the vehicle was seen and corrected by a body-shop. I checked the vin# prior to purchasing the vehicle for accidents, and there were none reported. As a buyer I understand the vehicle was sold to me “as-is” (from a mechanical standpoint) but also understand I am unable to perform an “under-carriage” inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle’s under-carriage damage grossly reduces the vehicles value. No damage or accidents were disclosed to me or noted in your website advertisement. I have already sent a certified letter to dealership enclosing the repair shops findings (pictures enclosed), along with an estimate from a quality body shop in ******** NC, ******** *********. I am amenable to closing the matter by being fairly compensated for the body shop estimated repairs of $2,762.00. Sincerely, ******* *****

      Deceptive business practices. I purchased a $15k vehicle, from them that broke down two days after driving it off the lot. We were promised by their sales rep that the warranty we purchased would cover the clutch and clutch components. That was a lie. The master clutch cylinder went out and it was not covered. Because of Weaver's deception in selling the warranty product, the warranty company agreed to a good will coverage and the car was repaired. 2 days later it broke down again. The dealership is refusing to repair the car or offer any kind of remedy whatsoever to this situation. They are refusing to refund the warranty. Poor communication, outright lies about their products, and selling vehicles that have problems. The salesperson admitted they DO NOT road test their cars AFTER it broke down. We are out the purchase price of the car, the cost of a rental the first time it was in the shop, and now facing likely expensive repairs for another repair.

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/02/16) */ We have documentation that a warranty claim has been successfully paid to this customer - a warranty cannot be canceled that has already had a claim paid out. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/02/19) */ The warranty was NOT used successfully. The part that your rep said was covered was not and he had to pull strings and apparently use a relationship with them to get it covered. That is not a successful warranty use. It is a back door transaction. If it were a valid claim the warranty company would have also covered the rental rather than your salesperson sending *******. Additionally, we are facing many repairs now AND a failed State Inspection Report, which shows steering mechanism failures that have been there FAR longer than we have owned the car.
