I began working with this agency in October to get the reduced/free internet program due to going on disability. They assured that it would not cost anything to install and that it would only cost fees and taxes. Now the company that internet is through is wanting 125.00 or cut off our services. When we contact them they continue to say we are working on it we will get back to you tomorrow. I have heard this for two weeks. I was reduced to nears by the internet company as I tried to make an arrangement today. This is due to the situation they have placed me in. I think others need to know. Lots of promises not followed through on. Problems from the beginning. Due to lack of follow through an initial payment of $50 has been made and another $50 is due on 1/22/23.Initial Complaint

Pulse LLC took me on as an author, but ended up being every author's nightmare. Published through ******************** (amateur) and never paid out for ebooks or print books sold. The company continued to operate even after the state of North Carolina dissolved the business. *************, Pulse's founder, is a hustler who has moved on to non-profit "work" in NC. All beware of his motives. He is dishonest-would not clean up the mess he made for many authors. In trying to reach out, he has only responded with threats. You can find his non profit organization on ******** and *******. Check in with him - cause a little trouble. Per the authors' contracts, all book rights should be restored due to Pulse's mysterious disappearance, however a REVERSION letter would be appreciated. Bad news.
