      Had to call ************ Police to asist me. Went to pick up a new car. They tried to deliver a dirty and scratched vehicle eventhough the pickup time had been scheduled for several days. When they were asked to remedy the situation they told me that they had sourced the vehicle from another location and nothing could be done. When I said I wanted the problem fixed they stated they couldn't have unhappy customers and they would give my check back. I asked for the manager. I was told he would tell me the same. He came out and yelled at me, refused to fix the problem, refused to contact his superior and grabbed the key ring in my hand. He ripped two of the three keys out of my hand and stated I would not give him his vehicle keys back. My husband called the police to asist with the rest of our interaction. We already had signed paperwork to buy this vehicle put down a deposit and given them a cashiers check. They gave us the check back. ************ police officer was very helpful and suggested we call Chryslers corporate office. He asked if we wanted to continue trying to complete our transaction. We told the officer that we would be leaving. Given the attitude of the staff congregating in the parking lot the officer said that he would stay and follow us out. At almost 50 years old I have had many vehicles new and used and have never been treated this way at any dealership. ***** dealings and intimidation tactics.

      Customer showed up a day early to pick up the vehicle, hence why the vehicle was not ready. Customer began yelling at the sales rep, and belittling in front of everyone (witnessed by other staff). ***** rep felt intimidated and came to get a manager to help with the situation. The manager came out to try and remedy any issues, instead the customer yelled and cussed at the manager (with other staff present), manager brought the check back to the customer to unwind the deal, and requested that the keys be left on the driver seat of the van. Customer asked if we wanted the keys back and held them out, once the manager went to receive the keys, the customer yanked them back and started yelling and called *************. Police came and said there was no evidence of wrong-doing and no assault to charge anyone with, no laws broken and we parted ways. General Manager came back in town the following day and reached out to the customer and had long conversations to smooth everything out, and offered to assist in the purchase of any vehicle at any of our locations. Customer has the general manager's cell phone number and she was told she can deal with the General manager directly. Customer was very appreciative and thankful with the resolution.

      We bought this jeep with 9,000 miles, At 47,000 we had a check engine light was on & it went into this dealership. Dealership was amazing stated there had been recalls and they were replacing the engine at no cost to us. On 10/11/2022, at 100,000 miles, check engine light came on & I called and ******, told me on that date that our Jeep had 2 engine update recalls, but not sure if related so it would go on diagnostic machine, & we would have to pay for that. My husband dropped off with **** and that afternoon paid $138.34 for diagnostic and updated recalls on engine to be done. **** also reports engine looked great after diagnostics. Then on 11/8/22 I was sitting in a drive thru, the engine light comes on and states Engine is Hot. I look it directly to Firestone to be sure nothing would happen since it was just checked by dealership. Firestone states jeep failed diagnostic due to a block and it has to be towed back to the dealership since they just looked at it. So it was towed to dealership an hour later. On Wednesday 11/9/22, I spoke to **** and said hey, I was instructed to call and let you know what was going on (which was everything mentioned above) **** stated, “Oh with new engines you shouldn’t have any issues and unfortunately, I hate to say it, but Firestone and places like that tend to make those statements to brush you off and get you out of their hair. His follow-up statement was there shouldn’t be anything wrong with that motor so its prob a radiator, but I will not know until I get a look at it. I said OK, but it was on diagnostic 3 weeks ago, wouldn’t have this not been caught and **** agreed, but said he couldn’t imagine anything being wrong with the motor. Then **** stated Friday the motor was gone & since it was replaced 2 years prior out of warrantee then I called # to open a claim and we were told we could not open a claim. I asked about motor and recall stated they had nothing documented on the new motor we got 2 years ago replaced

      The Engine overheated causing damage to the engine and needs to be replaced. It's out of warranty and the manufacture will not cover it.
