      On March 18, 2021, I purchased a subscription to the companies Life Subscription App. I had some issues with the app the first day. The company says you have a thirty day trail, and if you are not satisfied you can get your money back. I cancelled my subscription the next day as I was having some issues with the app. I had some issues with ordering a gift card and was refunded by a different company for that. I am still waiting to receive my $32.10 for the app. I have been in correspondence with a customer service rep named ****, and was under the assumption that they would send a paper check. The rep mentioned that they tried to refund the card, but the card was no longer valid. I explained to her that my account was hacked and the bank was sending me a new card. It was at that time I was told I could get a paper check. on April 1, I e-mailed **** my address. I continued to e-mail **** and she always mentioned she would look into it. But I still haven't received my refund.

      Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2021/08/25) */ August 25, 2021 Dear Better Business Bureau: Re: Case # ******** Thank you for forwarding this complaint. We take these complaints very serious and respect the position of the Better Business Bureau. The customer submitted a refund request to Life Leadership, LLLP ("Life"). As the standard process for refunds, an attempt to refund the authorized credit card was processed but declined. The customer communicated with us her card had to be replaced. Our Customer Service Department submitted a physical check request for the full amount but, due to an internal communication error, the check was not processed. On August 16th, a full refund in the amount of $32.50 USD was successfully processed to the customer's updated credit card. We've received verification from the customer on August 18, 2021 that the refund was received. We value our customer base and take great pride in the service we provide. This gives the customer a 100% refund on all interactions with Life. Thank you for your time and consideration. Please confirm to the undersigned that the case was satisfactorily resolved.
