I contracted this company to move me from my apartment in ****** ***** NC to ****** ***** SC on 1/12/23, with a move date of 1/21/23. The movers arrived on time and moved me to my new location. 2 months prior I had purchased a brand new 70" TV. I had no issues with the TV until after the movers moved it. No care was taken to wrap or secure the TV in the back of the truck and it was placed on the entertainment center by them. I never touched the TV. The next day after the move, I went to turn it on and the TV had purple lines across and a crack down the left hand side. On 1/22/23 I called them and spoke with an Amber and told her this and she said I would get a text from her husband to please submit pictures to that number of the broken TV screen and the plate on the back that showed the make and model number, I did so right away. I asked if I had insurance on the move and she informed me I did. The next day, I received a call from Amber stating they had ordered the TV and I should get tracking information the next day. I never received tracking info and when I called to inquire about this info, no one answered the phone. I texted the number to where I submitted the pictures and no one texted me back. I have sent an email with no response from them, and they will not answer my calls. After almost 2 weeks, I finally went ahead and purchased a new TV. I have uploaded the documentation. I feel like I was lied to when I was told the TV was ordered and that I would get tracking information. I would like for them to pay for the broken TV which I had to finally replace at $539.00
