I had purchased a Glock 20 gen 3 custom slide and I waited some time to finish my project, I had taken my slide to a gun ***** today April 30th 2024 to be told it was out of spec and was pretty much useless and cant be used and will not work with any fire arm. I just wanted to say that this company keeps selling people products that arent to spec with Glock products yet they sell Glock parts and keep getting away with making parts that do not work and cant be put together!! and there are plenty of reviews from hundreds of people complaining about the quality control and the fact that this company has been making c*** out of spec products that can not be used due to them not making the part correctly so now Im out 400 plus dollars and I want my money back! This company should not even exist I dont understand how you can get away with ripping people of by selling s*** you cant use because it wasnt made properly!!Business response

This is the first time you have ever emailed us about an issue and you purchased the slide you said 2 years ago. We would be more than happy to replace the slide if there is an issue because we have a life time warranty..Customer response

I purchased a slide only got a G22 gen 3 it was reasonably priced I was do excited i paid the $60 delivery fee to get in ten days which i did get. I opened it looked great i installed it fit great but where the extractor fits it doesn't allow the claw to sit far enough from the breach face to catch the rim of the casing so it jams. I tried new ejector, ejector spring, plunger, safety plunger, etc I called just to get their reaction and they said sure no problem we will take care of you with in-store credit when I called back with the sale info we were disconnected three times I emailed no response so now it just sits in the box with the big life time warranty insert. I simply want to replace it straight across for one that works. I'm not looking for any rebates or refunds just the working product advertised. The product is not manufactured to fit what they claim on their website. Tolerances, cuts etc all useless.. They make claims of warranties and customer support for their product but fail to stand behind their claims. TOTAL FRAUDInitial Complaint

On June 28, 2021 I ordered online a Glock 19 slide and parts and paid $471.83 with a credit card. They sent an email stating they can only ship to the billing address. I told them I have a different shipping address. They refused to ship to the shipping address. On June 29, 2021 I called and cancelled the order. I checked my credit card on June 30, 2021 and there was a PENDING credit for the $471.83 but since I dealt with this company two years before I knew there might be issues. I checked my credit card on July 4, 2021 and found the PENDING refund credit had fallen off the credit card transaction history and I still had the $471.83 charge on the card. That was the only transaction I had made on that card. I called the company and no answer. I am getting in touch with my credit card company now to file a fraud complaint on this company. I wish I had checked the BBB website before I made any transaction with this company. They are a fraud. Children crying in the background!Initial Complaint

First, I was sent the wrong slide as seen in the picture. I emailed 3 times, called. No answer. Finally heard back and I had to pay the $15.97 for shipping. I finally get the one I had ordered, but it's missing the cover plate I paid for. Now ***** will no longer respond.Initial Complaint

On 5/17/2021 I ordered a new slide complete with threaded barrel, thread protector, RMR plate, etc.. On 6/10/2021 I received the slide; however, they shipped me an unthreaded barrel and no thread protector. I reached out to Rock Slide USA on 6/10 about this, and they told me they would not be shipping out a threaded barrel but would be shipping the thread protector separately, which could be cancelled. Now why in god's name would someone order a thread protector for an unthreaded barrel? They wouldn't. I again have continued to reach out to Rock Slide USA to get an exchange for a threaded barrel; however, they are refusing to send me the correct barrel until I send them the incorrect one they originally sent. This is absolute BS. I refuse to send them the old barrel until I get the new one, because I already shipped my other gun out for a recall and am unwilling to go unarmed waiting for rockslide to finally send me the correct barrel. I recieved a notification about a transaction being made on my debit card account about someone purchasing something from this company for 233.58 order #***** today on 06/21/2021. I have tried contacting the company but It goes straight to voicemail and there inbox seems it has been full for the past year or so as i see on these other complaints I dont want too file a fraud dispute with my bank and i would like a simple refund but i have received no response back from the company at all and reading these complaints only makes me want to file a dispute with my bank i would settle for a simple refund because i dont need the product that was purchased eveb though i am a believer and protector of the 2nd amendment This makes them look really bad for the past year they have had trouble my only worry is there lack of communication i just hope this company isnt a fraud and i hope they can refund my cash into my bank since the payment is still pending i would like if we can settle this asap !Initial Complaint

I ordered a slide on March 27, 2021 and after 30 days, sent email inquiries. I have not received responses to my numerous emails and it is now June 19, 2021. I will have to file a claim with my credit card company as there have been no responses from Rock Slide.Initial Complaint

Order # ***** placed on 4/26/21 in the amount of $321.13. I have tried to contact them many times but I get no response. I think after all this time if they were ever going to ship my order they would have done it by now. This is the worst, downright criminal.Initial Complaint

On March 19, 2021 I ordered a Glock 21 stripped slide with a vortex viper cut and tungsten cerakote. The full amount of the purchase was immediately taken out of my account. I've heard nothing since after three months. I can't get ahold of anyone at the business and it says their voicemail is full. I just want my slide and I find it completely unacceptable that I'm charged for a product that they obviously have on back order with ZERO communication. My order # is *****Business response

more info from the consumer: I received the slide I ordered today. Not happy about the lack of communication but it's a quality product.
