              I have had a credit balance due to an overpayment on my account with ********************** for over a year and a half. They have told me every time I call that they will refund the money. I've spoken with the office manager over 5 times and he has said oh yes, a check is in the mail for the last year and a half and still they have not refunded my credit balance. I do not know why they are just holding my money and saying they will refund it, but then just not refunding it. I have contacted them over 10 times in the last year and a half and every time I call the administrator says yes, you have a credit balance on your account and we will get that to you. They have not refunded my credit balance and I am tired of being lied to. Please refund my credit balance and stop lying to customers.

              My initial visit with the hygienist was a great experience. The billing department charged my credit card and also my insurance paid. As of March 2023, I'm still waiting for a reimbursement on my credit card, for being double charged for the same service.
