After the under decking was completed my husband and I asked you guys several times on several occasions "if the under decking would be tested before the installation of the room". This was requested multiple times because the under decking has been leaking since installation. Our request before, during, and after installation were ignored. We have no idea if this contributed to being forced into a payment plan or our race. Either way we have been treated horribly during this process. Please keep in mind because we were forced into installing the room sooner than we wanted which then forced us into a payment plan even while having a family crisis. My husband informed me that **** would be ok with pushing it back to the end of March but **** did not honor his word. Instead we were sent a email stating that because the business was having issues with storing the materials we would have to pay to have it installed now with no other recourse. Not only were we forced into installation sooner rather than later but our concerns were ignored and the project was not completed. The room has been leaking since the walls, windows, and door has been installed. The project is not complete because the leaking was never tested before the room installation and we have never been able to use the room for it's intended purpose. We were told by **** this is a warranty issue, but we requested that this be addressed before the room was installed and it was not. The leaking is extremely heavy when it is raining. The project is not complete unless the room is fully functional. Upon completion of the project then the remaining balance of $2,440 will be paid. If refusal to complete the project in full continues we will have no choose but to file complaints and advice our legal counsel. We prefer if the job is completed in full so we would not have to call for the warranty. This morning 5/26/23 at 9:30 your employee came to my home and banged on the door as of he was the police.Business response

Leak repair (warranty work) was completed Friday (5/26)customer paid balance Tuesday or Wednesday (5/30 or 5/31) we are complete.
