              I've tried multiple times to get an appointment with Audiologist to get my hearing aids evaluated and possibly fixed or purchase new ones. I had an appointment I set up months ago. I spoke to a lady at the office last week and we had an in-depth conversation about it and she assured me everything was accurate and taken care of. I get a voicemail and they canceled the appointment without speaking to me. I've tried many times to get back in touch with them. I need this done so I can keep my job.

              I was given a manufactured $640 **** 5 months after a visit for an arranged free consultation through the *********************** Clinic. After I informed the Asheville ENT billing person that I was not aware of any charges, I was told to pay or they would turn the account over to their collections partners, which they did. I contacted the ************** Attorney General about possible fraud and extortion practices, but my case is unresolved. I hope other individuals do not fall victim to this unethical business. After ruining my credit and refusing to dismiss the false charges, all I can do is warn others.
