I was a victim of hate and discrimination at this place- don't take your car here. I chose this place because it was highly rated. The appointment took a week. I took it in for a noise coming from somewhere underneath the car. I waited about an hour. Then it started. The young blond woman in charge told me that my transmission was leaking badly, and that I was probably going to run out of fluid soon. She also told me that it had been overfilled last time it was serviced (a complete lie). She also told me that the car had a lot going on as far as needed repairs. My car has been well maintained. They didnt want to look at it any further until I had someone look at the transmission. I asked if they recommend any transmission shops. I thought they might know since they were supposed to be so good. I asked if there was a charge for looking at it, but she waived it off and said, nah. So, like anyone would, I left under extreme duress because I might be looking at replacing the transmission. The ****** shop I was told about was almost all the way to ********. I figured I wanted a good shop to look at it, so I went to the trouble of dropping my vehicle off there. That shop said it had nothing to do with the transmission, but that I needed a front wheel bearing and a CV boot cover. The ****** was leaking, but it was a very minor thing. Looking back, it was clearly their intention to stress me out by making me believe I might need to spend thousands of dollars for repair and give me the run around. This is an ignorant passive aggressive mentally ill woman, and this place really tried to throw a super stressful situation on me. You can't just waist peoples time and money and intentionally cause mental duress like that without there being financial consequences if I choose to peruse it Im putting this down in writing too, because I waisted two weeks during the holidays, and was unable to go out of town for my holiday plans, which really put it over the top of unacceptable.
