            In January 2020, Called who I thought was Mid-Carolina Roofing and got hooked up with Mr. ************************** ****************** was working as his own business (Carolina Cutom Roofing). ****************** replaced the roof on my home and offered a 3 year warranty. ********************** company has been out ***** times in the last 4 years to "fix" multiple leaks. Now the warranty has expired, it is "my issue" but the roof was never right to start with.

            Matt L****** & Jason were hired to replace a roof on our home in Advance NC in September 2022 with a 3 year warranty. We noticed after the first rain it was raining in our attic called Matt he said (that was an act of GOD it will never happen again you got the best roof up there”” So we shut attic up never thought about it until we seen water damage in our Sheetrock ceilings. We began investigating and found tremendous water damage & Mold now our daughter is sick from exposure. We had a Remediation company come out found 9 molds in her room and different places in attic. Can anyone please help us??

            We apologize for any issues, we were first notified early this month and were out there on Jan the 11th 2024 to address any issues you may have had with the roof. You asked us to leave .

            Your men came to our home and got on the roof while we were gone and we consider that trespassing. They couldn’t even speak English. Your plan to add foam to the roof was not fixing the issue. And fixing the boot was not discussed. We have had several roofing experts tell us the roof was not installed correctly and the ridge vent was too small for the pitch of the roof. As the homeowners we do not want the same people fixing the roof that messed it up. There is interior damage : insulation, Sheetrock, painting that needs to be repaired due to the water. There is mold that needs to be cleaned up also. We can provide you with the costs to replace it and fix all that needs fixing. Who would you like us to send our estimates too?
