I order 2 large packages of low profile wildflowers and ended up with an extra large bed of solid night shade that I am struggling to get rid of with 2 stocks of sunflowers. Thankfully my zinnias were nice but no variety. At least they had flowers. Not ordering this year as I have in the past 3 years.

Our Mix certainly should not contain any Night Shade, so we are working through our inventory to make sure this seed type has not been included. Charged me $166 for perennials and then they generated a label but never shipped the product which never showed up in the **** system. **** refused to refund me when I asked why I never received the items I paid for. This was the response (which is total lie btw I called the post office and they don't recycle tracking numbers every 120 days and this took place in July or less than 120 days): *************** **** recycles tracking numbers after 120 days, which is why you are getting that message. As it has now passed 120 days, we aren't able to determine the tracking and delivery of this portion of the order. We have included a copy of the original invoice below. As we note in our Return/Refund Policy, missing products must be submitted to Eden Brothers within 30 days from receipt of the package. As it has surpassed this timeframe, we are unable to offer any means of resolution. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to be of more assistance!"Review from Claire S

I ordered several varieties of zinnias. None are what they're supposed to be. They replaced one packet that only had 22seeds. The replacement was nothing like the picture. Double vs single flowers.Eden Brothers Response

I can't believe how much I spent on zinnia seeds with Eden Brothers this year...to only end up with junk non-specific zinnia flowers. And even some of those didn't germinate. They even sent me one of the packages (I ordered enough 3 times to get 'free shipping') with postage due.Eden Brothers Response

My granddaughter ordered zinnia seeds as a gift for me they were supposed to be 3 or 4' tall with giant blooms. I planted them and what I got was. 12 to 18" tall and the flowers were small maybe 1 1/2" to 2" across. Very disappointed. Won't order there ever again. And before someone asks yes I did give them some miracle grow. Just didn't get a miracle.Eden Brothers Response

I contacted them twice thru their website for a unfulfilled order despite charging my credit card on June 5th. I did not get any response, I called them twice but all I got was an automated response which was of no help either. I wish there's a 0 star because they don't deserve even a 1. I ordered ******* planted them as instructed. They grew a little but then died. I asked for a refund which was put back on a card I no longer have. I have no way of finding out what the credit card info is. I think it was a gift card MC. After I used it I shredded it. They refunded the total to that card. And now they wont send me the money in check form. I cant get in touch with MC and if I could all I have is the last four digits of the card. I wish I had read these reviews first - I NEVER would have placed an order!!!I ordered on May 21st. Money was taken from my credit card. No communication about my order. I called and emailed on May 30th - no response. Talked to someone on May 31 who said it would be shipping today and an email would be sent. No email. June 1st I called to cancel and they said it already shipped. Got the shipping email while I was on the phone with this joker. What a shady company. Horrible communication. I don't have confidence in the product! Oh well, live and learn. NEVER AGAINEden Brothers Response
