****** and Friends Adventures in ****: Aug *****, 2024. Total paid was $2,150.00 Cancellations made 90 days after deposit date receives a 25% refund. I am asking for a full refund based on fraudulent data provided by this company. The advertisement stated that all we would be receiving 5 star accommodations in private villas, breakfast daily, three dinners included, all tours and tour transportation to and from excursions and villas for $2,150.00 per private villa. There was a zoom call on 06/18/24 for all parties attending this trip. During this zoom meeting, I learned that instead of the private villa that was advertised and that I paid for, I would be sharing a villa with at least 5 other people and only have my own room. The rooms consist of a bed and some rooms have tv and showers, but some do not have either and the shower is outside. The coordinator said she would assign us whatever room she chose for us towards the end of July. I also found out that the place we are staying (*************) does not actually have a 5 star rating as advertised by Black Travel Movement. It was also advertised that tours would be included in the price but later found out on the zoom call that we would have to pay separately for all tours and most transportation to and from the tours. By the time, the zoom call occurred, it was already too late to ask for a full refund which the company knows because everyone had to have the entirety of the money given by the beginning of July. Because of all this fraudulent and misleading information and advertisement for this trip, I would like my entire payment refunded. An email was sent to ***************************** on 7/9/24 requesting a refund and they have not answered back yet.Initial Complaint

****** and Friends July and August 2024 Adventures in ****. Trip date: August *****, 2024. The deposit of $350.00 was paid on July 29, 2023, and the final payment of $1,800 was paid on January 24, 2024. Total payment: $2,150. The business committed to 5-star lodging in private villas. Cancellations made 90 days after the deposit date will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid. I would like a full refund. The lodging and excursion packages were advertised fraudulently. The advertisement stated that I would receive 5-Star lodging in private villas, breakfast daily, three dinners, all of the tours listed above, airport transfers, and tour transportation for a single occupancy package price of $2,150 per private room. Giata provides five-star ratings for international hotels. Serene Villas Bali is not listed in the Giata database, and it does not have a 5-star rating. I was unaware of lodging until a Zoom call on 6/18/2024.Instead of the advertised private villa, I have a shared villa with a bedroom assigned to me. It is unknown which villa I will have at *************, the coordinator who works with the Black Travel Movement will make the decision. On a Zoom call on 6/18/2024, we were told that some bedrooms in the villa will not have a TV and will not have a shower. Instead, it will be outside. We were told that tour prices would be included in the initial advertisement; however, on the Zoom call, we were told that we would have to pay for entrance to all tours. Because of the fraudulent and misleading advertisement for this trip, I would like my entire payment refunded. On 7/9/2024, I sent an email requesting a refund; ***************************** responded but did not confirm the refund status.
