    I need a new door it's too low at top and too high below I spends about 300. Dollars each month on bug spray I also need screens on my windows the gnats and fruit flies are taking over my face are been bitten when I sleep it's too much for me I can't get rid of the bugs because they keep coming in my home please help me just don't collect my money each month fix my door and give me some screens at my windows please

    The ********** apartments in ************ ******* ***** REPORT COMMUNITY UNTIL CHANGE HAPPENS THEY LET ANYONE COME OUT HERE These people are SO LOUD AND RUDE they have to live here but JUNK it up why??? And they treat the community like they own it too many of them doing whatever they want they are always outside keeping up late night noise loud loud loud loud loud throwing beer cans everywhere cigarette butts late night BBQs patio PARTIES nasty food trucks must bring nasty people it's SO MANY homeless and people feeding cats making the problem worse it's loose dogs out here nobody picks up after dogs I'm scared going outside sometimes all the loose DOGS I feel like management needs to care more come on manager ***** club please care about the community instead of just taking rent money it's HORRIBLE HERE MULTIPLE FAMILIES LIVING IN ONE BEDROOMS not on the lease kids never in school they TEAR UP THE COMMUNITY with the junky parents the weekends are the WORST I get a hotel every weekend so I can get rest these so called people ARE SO SELFISH and everything breaks down office never helps with concerns

    On July 1st of this year, a large portion of the ceiling in my apartment at ************ collapsed due to an extensive roof leak which was known to the managers for many months. I moved out of the apartment on July 4th due to the apartment being uninhabitable and there being substantial evidence of black mold contamination. Pelham Place is now still trying to charge rent for the month of July. I believe this is illegal. They have now turned over a sum of approximately $1000 to collections and have not returned my security deposit. I would like them to cease the attempted collection of this "debt".

    I paid a full month of rent for Andover Apartments in ********** ** on 04/02/2024, and my lease was ending on 04/08/2024. , I first brought this to ***************** and ******************************* attention 04/23/24 with no resolution so far. ****** has never replied to me. ** has not replied consistently and has stopped replying. They found someone to sing a new lease and ended my lease on the 8th. Everyone and their managers knew this was occurring and they said I would get a prorated refund along with my security deposit. I got the 500 for the security deposit but I did not my prorated rent. I have contacted the property owners multiple times in person and email for 3 months, they keep saying a little longer. I have not had a response in a few weeks. The mother company managers refuse to respond to emails. I need my prorated rent back, please. Thank you.

    Almost 50 units have no AC for over a week. Since June 19 for me. Empty abandon apts left open that illegal activities run thru. Electric front gates are broken. Only one lane to get in or out of the complex. Manager fired staff too include maintenance. Code violations have been filed and media contacted but nothing is done. I have filed police report because of illegal activity in the "empty" next to me.

    Covenant Property Services is the parent company to The Mill (off campus student housing at ****) where my daughter lives. My daughter and her roommates noticed food missing over time from their apartment pantry and in one of the girl's room. Entry to the apartments is by electronic key fobs. Upon going to the complex and speaking to the management, expressing concern that someone was entering their apartment when they were not there, the office did offer to give reprogrammed key fobs. However, what I have found and that has been confirmed by the apartment complex maintenance team is that when a lock battery dies, that lock is void and any key held by anyone in the apartment complex can enter that apartment. I tried this on other tenants around my daughter's apartment and it held true. My daughter's key opened and locked other doors, and others could open and lock hers. This is a HUGE safety and security issue. Valid phone numbers for Covenant cannot be found, which is exceptionally poor customer service. Management at The Mill is, and has been pathetic, since my daughter's move in date. Plus, management at that particular complex seems to be a revolving door. These complex's also have no security cameras anywhere. around the outside or apartment stairwells or entrances. And, reporting of entrance and exit times for my daughter's apartment could not be provided, but I was given multiple excuses and promised those could be provided beginning next week. Covenant Property Services should be ashamed of calling themselves property services.

    Upon purchasing this property, we had no knowledge that the door locks could have problematic battery failure.  When this was brought to our attention we had every lock battery on every door replaced within 3 business days.  We appreciate the opportunity to make the correction as well as explain the incident.

    Our son is a ************* student and executed a lease with The Mill for the 2022-2023 school year. In late July, we were told that we would receive an email with move-in information and access to a payment portal before his lease began on August 16, 2022. However, nothing was sent and phone calls went to voice mail, with no return calls for messages left in voice mail. The weekend prior to move-in, the facility's website went down and the week of move-in, all phone numbers we could find for the complex ************* on their website before it went down, ************ on their ******** page, and ************ on their GoogleMaps information listing) said "temporarily disconnected" so there was NO WAY to reach this complex. Before going down, the facility's website said that the leasing office was open until 7 pm weekdays, then that was changed to 6 pm. Our son arrived @ 4 pm and was told that he had to have a cashier's check (the first time we were made aware of this requirement) and that the office was closing at 5. Our son raced to the bank, only to stand in an extremely long line of other tenants of The Mill and their other property, ********** Our son returned to the property before 5 pm but the leasing office was already closed. Now what the holy h*** is a tenant supposed to do?!? Fortunately, he stood in front of the manager's car as the manager tried to leave and got the manager to go back inside to accept the cashier's check and give him a key. But this is a WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE way to do business and we are completely faithless with The Mill and their ownership (rumored to have changed, though we have yet to be notified. Our lease is with Flats MC Property at the same address as The Mill). How can we trust this company to provide a safe, clean, and functioning facility when they can't even keep their website and phones operating, are not staffing their office adequately during move-in week, and change payment protocols on the spot?!?

    Upon my son arriving at the ***** ********** his suite was a disaster. The following items had not been done before student arrival and check-in time.

    1. Font door Fob Lock is not functional (the gap between the door jam and lock would allow anyone to gain access to the room easily). It is not acceptable not to have a functioning lock! This is a safety risk for these students. As noted below a sequater has already tried to get in several times.
    2. Stains and burn marks on Carpet and furniture (torn couch, broken desk, stains, and marks on furniture)
    3. Stains -spit and marks on walls
    4. Rooms smelled of smoke and were never cleaned after the departure of the previous resident
    5. Room air conditioner filters were old and smelled of mold (mold on the register)
    6. Missing smoke detector (this is a life-threatening safety risk and must be repaired immediately!)
    6. Dust was everywhere on the windows, beds, furniture
    7. Broken or missing lightbulbs, dome covers
    8. Damage to appliances, floors, walls, ceiling

    On the first day, a squatter tried to say this was his room. He returned that night at midnight as well. But we put a ring camera up and bought a door wedge to prevent him from entering the apartment. Because the front door fob does not work! infact we tested with other residents and it appears that any fob that will gain access to the apartment will unlock the room.

    We have tried to get a resolution for over a week. The Staff complained that they had just taken over the property and would not be able to fix the issues for 30 days or more. We have not been given any alternatives other than they will refund our money. Unfortunately, these kids need to start school, and finding an apartment at this point is nearly impossible.
