*********************** was contracted to replace 6 floors and put down laminate flooring. Replace sink and hood fan over stove in kitchen. Replace sink, faucets, toilets in 2 bathrooms. Paint 4 rooms. We had to get a plumber to repair the faucets in one of the bathrooms due to the work that they did with the faucets. We have made numerous attempts to contact ****** because the flooring is lifting and coming apart in 4 of the rooms. We spoke to ****** on September 2, 2023 after numerous attempts and he said he's on mission trip will be here on 9/20/23 to evaluate the repairs that are needed. He never showed up. We have been unable to reach ****** as of 10/19/23 after numerous attempts. We need the floors repaired before more damage is done to the floors.

Yes, this is ***********************. We did schedule after a crusade to come there to repair floor. We have scheduled numerous times between our schedule and their schedule its been challenging. But I do want to repair the floor. And willing to read repair the floor regardless of the flooring is the type of flooring that they seem there could be issues on. But there are some repairs that need to take place and I am willing to go back and replace or repair as needed. We have scheduled a time to go there and thats the time shes referring to.  Well the first day of **** season was September 9 and I fell out of a Deerstand 17 foot. That has put a delay on everything, as of right now Im almost 3 months in recovery, and still is not able to do a manual labor. I broke 21 bones and a collapsed and a puncture loan. Im still in recovery.  But I do have some guys that we can go over there and repair. The last time I tried to go by there and repair a couple weeks ago. *************** was sick with the flu. So we wasnt able to make that happen as soon as I get back around there I will schedule a time to go repair the floor.  my apologies for the delay I will follow up. I have been in recovery and its been very challenging to get back up to walk. I was wheelchair bound a couple weeks and in a ******, but ** finally walking now. Hopefully in the next few months, Ill get back to work to do a little bit. But right now, Im gonna have to take it slow so my body can heal. Im happy to come fix whatever issues they are. But this is the reason why I havent been able to respond, so my apologies I promise you if they let me come there, and we can figure out a time together that works, I will be there to repair the floor, thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
*********************** as of 12/8/23 has not done any walk through or assessment of repairs needed and has not stated any repairs he will make. Face to face ****** presented himself as a licensed contractor. He is not licensed in **. The size, scope and financial costs are beyond what an unlicensed contractor can legally perform in the ***********. He should have been honest and not taken a job beyond what unlicensed contractors can legally perform in **. The repairs they did make used substard material (wrong size boards, plywood and untreated wood) as per ** housing codes and regulations. None of the work done is up to code per **************** codes and regulations. The work performed required permits which ****** never applied for.

We have made three attempts to repair the flooring. In the last couple months. We have been unsuccessful on scheduling a time. They no longer want us to do the repairs. They denied us three times. Like I said in my previous response to her first complaint. I had a fall September 9 from a Deerstand, I broke 21 bones, collapsed, long and puncture along. That has put me out of work for three months. Im still not at full potential. But I have sent my cruise over there to perform the work to repair whats needed.  Also when we first started the job, it was only two bathrooms. And we talked about redoing the floor. So every job was a small job. But when we took out the floor because its rotten. We realize some of the floor choices were termite damage and molded, so we replaced Floor choices as needed, next thing you know its ran into the hallway, the dining room, the kitchen, the pantry, and then, two bedrooms. Originally we was not doing any of that. But because we were doing everything in phases, they decided to add a little more work, a little more work, a little more work, etc. etc. It was never this one big job, they were all small jobs. That extended into a couple months of work. because of the amount of work. But we did do everything up to Code. Because everything was done in small phases, they added a little more work a little more work as they go. Originally we didnt know what we were getting into, until we ran to Turmite damage. We didnt have a choice, but to replace the floor.  Since we were replacing the flooring, the floors needed to be replaced also. We did what we had to do. My apologies for not getting to fix any repairs sooner. I will stand behind my work and repair. Whatever thats needed. We did not do any work that required a state license. Im still willing to come fix the repairs. To make this job right. Thank you.  -***********************. Im so sorry this has took place. And Im willing to fix.
