UFS has a track record of successfully funding over $500MM in loans for satisfied customers since 2009. We are not a scam and this client's spurious and misrepresentative review is an exception to the overwhelmingly positive reviews we receive. However, we are happy to address his false accusations in a public forum, where he made them.

We were clear about our Program from the start, including our process, the client's likelihood of being approved for loans and our success fee. We provided an Agreement to **********************, which he gladly signed on 8/4/23, that clearly stated that our fee was ONLY DUE if he accepted the offers we brought him. He went through our application process and, while his credit score was excellent, there were other issues that arose during our pre- qualification and lender matching process. ********************** also stated he was only interested in lenders that would not do a hard pull on his credit, which also limited his approvals and had an effect on his interest rates.

After successfully bringing this client several loan approvals, he let us know on 9/6/23 that he would not be accepting any of these offers, and thanked us for our help. We did not bill him or collect any money from him, per our Agreement. However, during our standard 60 day review, we found that ********************* was not truthful and had indeed accepted funding from one of the lenders we had introduced him to.  As stated in the Agreement he signed, this made our Fee due and payable immediately."  We then invoiced the client, provided him with over 10 days to pay and, when he refused to pay, we turned his file over to collections, as is our policy. Only then did ********************** decide to leave this spurious review, which we have now formally responded to. Since the client is in breach of contract, *** will continue to pursue collections activities against him, as is our legal right.
