Worst company ever!! After vacating the apartment and cleaning it (a 5 page list per MPM that is stated as a "Guide" per the verbage on the paperwork) they came back with items that are considered normal wear and tear after 2 years that my family is responsible for!! Nothing was ever hung on any wall, not one family picture, otherwise you get charged to "repair the holes" left behind. They are slumlords as they have used and abused tenants moving out by using whatever loopholes and scams to keep your deposit!! Tenants will never get the full deposit back...ever!! One example of the unrealistic expectation that unaccessible second story outside window ***** must be cleaned is completely unacceptable. Also...You must move stove and refrigerator and clean it spotless. No fingerprints or smudges can be left anywhere. No dust of any kind including the window tracks...regardless of when they do their final inspection.It doesn't matter if you take photos before you move in and after you leave to show it was left in the same or better condition than when you rented the place. These are the facts! Don't be fooled!!Renters beware, DO NOT Rent from this company!!I was forced to give 1 star, they deserve none!

Absolutely the worst property management place I've ever experienced. Upon move in, the place was a filthy disaster with the cleaning ladies stuff still there. We even arrived two weeks after our move in date. We previously asked if we could push out move in date up but was told it couldn't happen unless there was cleaning or maintenance to be done. WELL HELLO! looks like things still needed to be done, we had to do it ourselves, nothing had been done.We planed grass, trimmed the trees, re-done the flower bed as well as many other things to make our home nice. Before moving out, we cleaned the house top to bottom, mowed and trimmed all edges of the entire property. Pulled any weeds in flower bed ect. still will not receive our full deposit back. We passed the cleaning inspection, and made the place look very nice, unrecognizable from the place we moved into. Still, none of that was enough. With many failed attempts to make things right, my advice is to rent from anyone else. This company seems to be out to take everything they can from the consumer.
