  All requirements for a post construction cleaning were discussed in detail and witnessed while on speaker phone with another individual listening to the conversation. This conversation took place with the actual person that did the cleaning. EVERYTHING was discussed in intricate detail as to what needed to be accomplished. An individual from Harvest Cleaning came out to the house to check on the size of the job and left an estimate. Neither my wife or I was present when they looked at the job. HC showed up late to the house and did not lock the house behind them when they left as instructed. They left dirt and dust all over the house as well as damaged our concrete floor. We had pictures taken as soon as the company left the house. This happened just days before an event and we had to hire another company to come and fix that job that was not complete.

  In regards to the complaint, neither of the owners were present for the estimate that we provided. The floor being damaged would have been from the construction that took place before we cleaned the floor that was covered in drywall mud and paint. As far as the door being unlocked the neighbor was present when we showed up and asked us not to lock it as she would return when we were done to lock up the house. In our estimate we provided a post construction cleaning price and thats what we did at the residence. The customer called us and said he was not satisfied as the floors had not been polished which is not what we bid the job to do. We bid the job as post construction clean as the floors were completely covered in paint and drywall mud from the construction that had been done with no covering over the floor. We used a truck mount with a hard surface tool (SX12) to clean the floor.

  I will send a few emails with pictures.  These pictures were taken immediately after the company left the house.
  
  In addition the owners wife who was the cleaner called my wife to apologize profusely about the job she had done.  She indicated to my wife who owns a professional cleaning company in another state that she had not had any formal training.  In addition I was there the day that the estimate was given!  I greeted the owner and told him that if he had ANY questions I or my father would answer them.
  
  Please note damage to floors.  The pieces of the floor are sitting right next to the damage!
