  I contacted business for yard work. A crew came by without prior notice when I was not at home. They did nothing but I received a **** for $125 for a "first mow and trim and clean out grass under bushes." I objected and they "threw out the charge." I continued to try to get them to come again to do the requested yard work and after many calls back and forth to schedule, they eventually stopped returning my voice messages. Last contact I had with a person, I was told "to find someone else."

  Our crew completed the requested work on May 13, 2022. When someone requests work, we schedule the job and get it completed. We **** after completion. The **** was sent after. Once it showed up on our arrears list. The customer then stated the work was not completed. This was approximately 45 days after completion. In July 2022. The customer still insisted the work was not completed. I just took off the amount billed of $125.00. She had never paid the **** and it was easier than pursuing collections for that small of an amount. I told the customer that she would need to go find someone else. At this point, I am guessing the property is way overgrown and she wants a job done for the same price our company had provided on May 13, 2022. I have no intention of working for this person. I also assume no one else wants to do the work at her property.

  I am rejecting this response because:  I repeatedly asked for someone to come to see that NO work was done on my property but no one came.  I have since found a reputable company to do the work.
