On 6/21/2022 I placed an order online with Croakies. My credit card was charged the same day. Two weeks later I've received no further information or updates, nor have I received the item. There does not appear to be a way to track my order on the web site.This morning, 7/5/2022, I contacted Croakies ***************** There was no answer, I was immediately redirected to a voice mailbox. I left a detailed message including date, order number, name, and phone number. My call has not been returned.Given the similarity to other complaints in the database, I'm concerned that my order is lost and will not be fulfilled.I chose "Delivery" as my desired resolution. Refund would naturally be acceptable as well. I just don't want to pay for something I'm not going to receive.Business response

Hello, the item ordered is on back order. The Croakies.com website does not provide details on back ordered items, so when purchases are made on the site the confirmation email will not state if the items purchased are currently available. This is a functional enhancement that's being worked on, including the ability to track an order online. All voicemail messages were checked on Tuesday, July 5th after the 4th of July holiday and agents are currently working through these messages. This customer's information was on the voicemail readout and is on a call list. Considering the item is on back order with no available ETA, we can certainly refund the customer in full.
