    This business continues to invoice for services I do not believe should have incurred any charge. I have called several times in the past few months regarding this invoice to discuss why we believe it is incorrect, but haven't been able to successfully talk to anyone who can address it. I have not received a single return call or email. We feel the entire **** is misleading and an incorrect charge. We joined Williams's ************* last Spring. A technician came to perform annual A/C maintenance on June 11. We had already run the A/C for several days with no issues prior to the service. Immediately after the service call, the A/C started making a very loud jackhammering noise. We contacted Williams to notify of the issue, and the person I spoke with said something to the effect of "no problem, we can send the tech back to follow up on that service call". Everything about the conversation I had indicated that Williams was accepting causation and was sending a tech back to continue/correct the annual maintenance visit. There was no notification of additional charge.It took six weeks for Williams to return. We were out of town and had given permission to access the unit in the backyard. However, we did not receive any phone call from the tech leading up to or during the appointment. We did not receive any explanation that this would be treated as a separate call/diagnostic. We were not notified there would be any fees, or given opportunity to decline the work. We had no reason at all to believe that we would be paying for the follow-up since it was to address a noise that started directly following your initial visit.Again, we believe this **** is in error as the service was not adequately performed the first time, and we were never informed up front that any cost might be incurred to correct the initial error or decline the work. The terms of membership are false and misleading, as no extended repair warranty was honored, hidden fees were charged.

    They took 21k to replace a furnace, boiler, hot water system,then took a month to do it in November. Less than a month later, no heat or hot water again. Reported it at 7am, told techs would be out immediately, at 2pm told the same thing. They only sent a tech out after hours billing to fix the water heater, still no heat. No heat in December and I had to call 5-6 times for the water heater fix. I'm sure they won't fit the heater tomorrow until after hours when they can charge double. We paid them over 21k to put in the system less than a month ago, but they are dodging my calls and overcharging m everywhere they can. It's a scam. Small town rip off artists that promise fixes but 'can only fit you in late after hours prime billing" and didn't even fix the heat, so i'll have to pay a separate bill for that.
