We checked into the hotel but the hotel was not safe. My wife was sexually harassed in the parking lot, our uhaul lock was messed with and people gathered around it. There were people in the laundry room that shoved my wife and I. We told the front desk and they said they could not cancel the room but would give us a refund. We never received a refund and the hotel does not answer the phone. This place is very dangerous and very shady.Business response
