I bought a KIA **** from this dealership on 5/21/20. I paid $3768.00 for an extended warranty. My husband was diagnosed with cancer and died two years later. As I was looking through my papers after his death, I saw that I didnt have a contract for the warranty . I called the dealer in early May, and they verified that a mistake had been made, and I didnt have a contract, and was due a full refund of $That is as far as I have gotten. I have been unable to receive my refund, even with extensive work with ***********************, ********************** and ******. This week I was told that a new contract was written ** in order to get the refund. I never signed a new contract and this is fraudulent.I have been ** contact with ********************* and they have not been able to resolve this either. Please excuse the writing on the uploaded document. It is where I kept my notes.

Do not even think about going through this shady dealership. And Rimrock VW *** feel free to explain yourselves in a response after you read this, Id love to hear what you have to say about your poor performance on this sell. August 18, 2021 I went the fair b cause I thought I won $3000 from *********** instead was bullied into buying a $34,000 2019 *********** ES Turbo with an 11% interest. The dealer by the name of ******* dealt me the car, with the promise of helping me figure out how to pay for the car by month with my expenses . I told him I could only afford $250 a month. He forced me to sign papers before he gave me two different ways that do not work with my budget first way was to make $250 by weekly payments, (no I can not do that) okay every paycheck put away $500, and use the rest for your expenses, (no I can not do that) Trust me just do it, you know back at the ************ grounds you said youd never pressure anyone to buy anything. Well at deal signing I did feel pressured, with that and my medical condition (I have Aspergers Sydrome a form of Autism) you guys really made me feel trapped, I also mentioned that I hadnt gotten to any sleep that day. I told you over and over I can not afford this..Throughout all of this you guys never asked for my proof of income as not getting my credit information until a day after the deal supposedly went through. Another thing and weve ask this over and over, wheres my credit application? A majority of you all have said it was imported digitally to the lender?? So why cant you email a copy? ******* even said What you didnt get a copy of your credit application, it should have came in the copy with the deal? We never got that copy, and thats one of the reasons we kept on asking for proof of my credit. To be fair when it came to the deal, there was a lot of things that I was unaware of when signing those papers and about ******* state law when it comes to buying and dealing cars. Yes *******, does not have a 72 hour ************ (congratulations **** you was right, however you lose points for belittling me and my mother in a call, and forced me to call my insurance agent to get car that I CANNOT PAY FOR insured), however I dont believe it says that dealerships are allowed to uphold information on the buyer. Weve asked for proof of credit application, much like you guys needed proof of my income. You guys have been dodging my questions, bullying and threatening my family, taking what I say as a joke. Im consulting with an attorney to get this resolved. Im already stressed out with other life stuff as it is, Im done. This dealership has proven to me be heartless and soulless, and are not for customer satisfaction. From the sounds of it I dont seem to be the only one who gets treated badly by Rimrock. Basically Im stuck with a $34,000 car when all I thought was that I won $3000. Ive talked with ***** and he says talk to *****.. cant seem to get VW to connect the call. ***** says he will talk to *******, no call from *******..?
