On May 6, 2024, Better Business Bureau investigated Asphalt Paving’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a complaint submitted to BBB alleging that Asphalt Paving has not honored a promised refund or repair work needed to fix the asphalt installed by the business. After further investigation, BBB found that the owner, Mr. Bill Acker, has previously had their professional license suspended in multiple states due to performing faulty paving work.

 

On May 7, 2024, BBB sent a letter by mail to the owner of Asphalt Paving to give them the opportunity to respond to this complaint and BBB’s investigation concerns. To date, BBB has not heard back from Asphalt Paving.

 

Additionally, on May 6, 2024, BBB visited Asphalt Paving’s reported business address and found that the address belongs to The Mail Drop.
