Just started using the grow light strips for my veggie starts. They look great, give good light and seem heavy duty. Bird dog had run out of the plastic tracks but had the small clip mounts. I bought not quite 8 feet of light strip and the employees couldnt be bothered to sell me a reasonable number of clips, I had to buy 50 of them. I used 8. I was told on the chat function they are shipped in packages of 50 and cant be broken. They are packaged in ziplock bags nothing simpler to allow them to be split. I was willing to pay the full price and just wanted to avoid the waste. Now I have a bag full of useless plastic.Review from Jerry M

Shipment was extremely quick. I was very pleasantly surprised that ******************** had been terminated and water-proofed. Product works as advertised. Now, its on me to install and enjoy the fun new lighting. Quality seems excellent thus far.Review from Chuck R

I got exactly what I requested and have installed the tubes within minutes (it was just a replacement for a malfunctioning tube). Love the LED tubes I have replaced all other tubes in my home. Thanks for your speed in sending my order.Review from Jim S

Love the sign. Hated the cheap box that it was shipped in. It arrived with a broken decoration. I am working with ***** to try to get this resolved but you should really package it better.Review from Brandon C

I received my order quick. Ordered the 7 mode light controller. When I opened the envelope it was half halfway out of the box. Not sure if someone was having a off day packing it but the problems I'm having with it might not be happening if it was packaged correctly. Issues I'm having with the controller is one of the plugs on the back is coming out. At times with the sound mode when adjusting the sound dial up the lights get dim but when it's turned all the way down they are bright. When this happens music or sound doesn't do anything to the lights. It will work if I unplug it nd plug the unit back in. I'm not expecting perfection as far as how janky it feels but I was hoping for it to work at least right out the box.Review from David I
