      I do not have a contract nor did I sign any paper work with Franklin Collection. When ask to provide the original contract they could not provide it. On my credit report with credit karma they claim their the original creditor.

      On 3/15/25 I filed a complaint with the CFPB requesting a complete chain of title demonstrating the debt collectors legal right to collect this alleged debt. If the debt has been assigned or sold, I require documentation proving the ownership transfer. FSI failed to provide documentation showing legal authority to collect. Instead FSI stated that they sent a validation letter (which wasn't requested) and closed account with an explanation. I requested for the account to be closed and removed from all credit reports if documentation cannot be provided.

The consumer’s address was provided by the creditor and after bankruptcy scrubbing, an initial FDCPA Regulation F compliant validation letter was transmitted to the address provided by the creditor.  Subsequently, FSI did commence making telephone calls to the consumer. All placed calls met the FDCPA Regulation F call frequency requirements. No one has spoken with the consumer about this account.  They may contact our call center at ***** ********.  The account has been marked for dispute and ceased, per consumer request. "

      I never got a letter from Franklin Services yet I am being contacted by agents but when I call back my account is never found in their system. I also lack a account number due to the lack of being provided one.

All placed calls met the ***** Regulation F call frequency requirements. No communication shows notated on the account.       I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received anything in the mail about said letter and if I call they ask for private info with a bot that I am not okay with sharing however I did and it said there is no account with my information and was not given the ability to speak to an agent. If I could receive my account number properly I'd pay the bill through the website.

      A representative from Franklin Collection Services by the name of **** contacted me in regards to a debt that was owed to the company. He was very nice. After I got off the phone with ****, I realized I had another question so I called the company back. I received the worst customer ********************** when I called back. The representative I spoke with (*******) transferred me without notifying me and she hung up in my face so I had to call back again. When I called back the second time, I asked to speak with a supervisor. They transferred me to lead. They never transferred me to a supervisor. I told that guy, I wanted to speak with a supervisor. He said he would get my name and number and have a supervisor give me a call back. I was never contacted by a supervisor. I called back today and spoke with Someone name ***********. He stated he was a supervisor but I believe he was lying. *********** had poor customer ********************** and I felt as if he was saying anything to get me off the phone. I was very disappointed with the service I received with this the company, when all I trying to do was pay a debt that was owed. (FSI) received placement of a consumer debt for collection from ************************************* on 12/13/2023.  The consumers address was provided by the creditor and after bankruptcy scrubbing, an initial ***** Regulation F compliant validation letter was transmitted to the consumer at the address provided by the creditor.  The letter was not returned undeliverable.

      Subsequently, FSI did commence calling the consumer at the telephone number also provided by the creditor. All placed calls met the ***** Regulation F call frequency requirements. 

      On 03/21/2024 a letter was sent to the consumer address to inform the consumer of the impending reporting of the debt to the consumers credit.

      An email with copies of the aforementioned letters, as well as the original Itemized Statement from the creditor has been sent to the consumer.
