      Crown Resorts contacted me and asked me to change weeks so they could get rid of a building. I accepted and filled out all paperwork. This was now over a year ago. I have contacted them over 20 times trying to get them to finish the transaction correctly. I have the deed for the new week, but even though I have filled out the forms, this new week has not shown up in my RCI account. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE WEEK THAT I HAVE PAID FOR because they can't finish the transaction on their end. Every time I contact them, they're very nice on the phone, but nothing happens. I'm told every time that someone will take care of this situation and contact me, but no one ever contacts me. Again, I have contacted them OVER 20 TIMES!!!!!!! They've offered to add a week to my account as a result of all of this trouble, but none of that has happened. over a year, and I still do not have access to a timeshare that I have paid for. I'm not paying another maintenance fee until they correct this, and I'll likely have to contact a lawyer to sue for the amount of time I've spent on this, my maintenance fees back and anything else the lawyer can come up with. This company's customer service does not do what they say they will.

      Hi Mr. ******, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding your new week at Lake Tansi to your RCI account. I do see that the old week (24D/20) has been canceled and the new week (7A/23) has been added to your account with us. Your new Equiant Account Number is #************. You should be able to log in to Vacatia Clubhouse with the instructions that were provided in the annual mailing. Normally, we do not have to handle transfers with RCI for owners in RCI Weeks; however, with all of the transfers taking place, we are handling that part for our owners. **** ****** is taking care of notifying RCI. I sent her a message with your information. She is not in the office today, but she will take care of submitting the information to the RCI tomorrow. Then, RCI will process the request to add the new week and remove the old one. I do apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please let us know.
