Financed a vehicle with lemon issues and moldCustomer response

I financed a 2015 dodge journey at JD Byrider of Pearl around June 28, 2023. Before leaving their lot I advised of visible issues which were the scratches and dent in passenger side also the smell of the Air conditioner. I was contacted via text by salesperson ********* who I inquired on repairs with. I was told to speak with service and I did arrange repairing. I then within a month of ownership, experienced the vehicle not starting and being left stranded. I made contact with dealership and CNAC the finance company and was referred to service man ***** who said that he could get to it 2 weeks later due to being backed up. He said boost it off. I had to pay Uber and others to be transported. I contacted the finance company and complained of paying them for a vehicle that did not work plus Ubers to commute. I was able to get vehicle in for repairs. I told tire pressure light would go off but never did. After picking vehicle up, the radio antenna was left on seat, the rack that holds the front hood was broken, a cord was showing in the hood, the shocks sound loud and squeaky. I take the vehicle for oil change at the Jackson location and was told tire sensor was broken. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection which I’m sure the mold and mildew smell from air conditioner caused the illness. I would like my money back. I have encountered too many issues in less than one month of ownership and less than 4 months. The warranty says it covers the vehicle up to 24,000 miles and I am not happy with being told to pay for future damages when these damages are obviously pre-existing. I was told the vehicle was re-conditioned and dependable. But being left stranded several times in less than 1 month after purchase says I was convinced to finance a lemon.

We have spoken to Ms. ******** and explained we will need to have it brought to service for our assessment and have an attempt to correct any issues. Her appointment is set for Dec 7 in Pearl. She was informed of this 11/29/2023. Thank you.Customer response

The business did contact me and said that they would get the vehicle in on December 7 to look at it again. However, until they do so I am unaware of the results. I am asking if the case could remain open until a resolution is reached.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: no resolution has been reached at this point. The company said they would look at the vehicle on December 7 to see what can be done but we have not resolved the issues to date.
