      Paul Moak Honda Service 802 Harding Street Jackson Ms IVE SPENT $3,000 WITH THEM AND THEY KEEP RETURNING MY CAR WITH THE SAME ISSUES IVE COMPLAINED ABOUT.

      Excellent place! One stop shop for all your automotive needs. The service department is incredibly accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend them. The Sales department is trustworthy and fair. They also do a lot for the community. Check them out!

      Horrible experience on yesterday which was December 7 with one of the employees at the office I was advised that they were not able to work on my car because my car was a 2007 Volvo and I was advised that there’s not any one in the building they can work on my car but I pay for services last week if there was not a technician there to work on my car who fix my car last week and then why did I have to pay $525 if there was not a technician there to fix my car because my car is still not fixed it’s still broken

      Im sorry but this is not the conversation that was done i was told that the tech didnt want to work on my car after ****** got upset! I asked for a diagnostic on my car cause i got service the week before why did yall work on my car and take my money if my car is so old . ? Im still beyond dissatisfied you couldve referred me to someone else now im carless cause the volvo dealship doesnt want to work on a volvo car !

      Dropped car off for oil change and recall. Upon returning to pick up car, service technician told me it would only be a minute before he checked me out and released my car. Waited another 15 minutes and inquired what was taking so long and the rude agent at the front desk just stared at me. The service agent then ran from the back and apologized that he had gotten “distracted.” Once I got home and looked at my service ticket, I found out they had not even taken care of the recall. I would never recommend anyone to use this location to have their car serviced. Service is terrible!

      We apologize for not having your paperwork ready when you arrived. That is always our goal so again, our apologies for that. The recall had previously been done on this vehicle so there was no open recall for us to complete. Unless directed not to by the customer, we do not let a vehicle leave our shop with an open recall.
