This company contacted a magazine that we published an article in & also. FORMER business partner & now our company attorney is involved because he was contacted! All in a ploy to sell us something! We’ve never experienced a “sales pitch” quite like this & this is to the point of harassment! We’d NEVER do business with a company like this! It’s really a bad/desperate look! Please do not contact us, or anyone we’re affiliated with!

We genuinely cannot understand this complaint. Your business was profiled in the Mississippi Business Journal, and we were impressed enough to look up your company website (which is the kind of publicity that most companies want when being featured in a magazine). Upon viewing your site, we found that it was infected with malware that raised alarms on our network. Knowing that this sometimes happens to company sites without their knowledge, we tried to contact you to make you aware. After being unable to reach someone using the phone number on the website, we used publicly accessible contact information from the Secretary of State’s website. We had no way of knowing whether those contacts were still relevant to your business. Our original intention was to discuss the possibility of our businesses working together, but then our intention shifted to alerting you to the virus issue on your website. We were simply trying to help, and we feel that this complaint is completely unwarranted.

As per their dental insurance: They have been charging me monthly for the past 2 years. I don't know how I missed the charges(maybe the death of a parent + covid, idk ) however I know I cancelled my policy with them years ago. In that time frame, I never received anything in the mail regarding my premium, cancellation, dental insurance card, explanation of benefits, etc. Last month, I called to say that i didn't know I still had a policy, and that i haven't used my coverage for over 2 years. I thought it was so shady I never received a piece of mail from them. So I canceled my policy (or so I thought) ...they charged me again!!! The second time I cancel and they continue to charge me! i wonder how many people they continue to charge after canceling! I don't know what to do because I keep canceling my policy and they defy my request! why would a business do this? I received my first piece of mail from them (in years!) saying my plan is up for automatic renewal . ...like what??? attached is the letter that I used as scrap paper for my math homework....thank you and happy Halloween Kindly, ****** ******* ************

Morgan White Administrators (MWA) provides third-party administration services to a number of insurance carriers, including Renaissance Dental. On November 16, 2017, the Complainant enrolled in a Renaissance Dental plan via an online enrollment platform known as Dental for Everyone. Her enrollment was done through an agent, ****** ***** of Verus Health Partners. All the enrollment documents and an ID card were emailed to the Complainant on the same date and a "read receipt" was received the same day. The dental insurance was effective December 1, 2017. Renewal notices were mailed to the Complainant October 2018 and September 2020 at her listed address in Florida. MWA received a notice from USPO that Complainant's address had changed to one in NJ by notice dated September 30, 2020. On August 1, 2021, MWA mailed a credit card expiration notice to Complainant at her NJ address. In September of 2021, a renewal notice was also mailed to the NJ address.

The only telephone call received by MWA from Complainant was made on September 23, 2021, during which Complainant first maintained MWA had stolen her credit card information and that she had never received any correspondence from MWA. Once reminded of how the enrollment process actually took place, the Complainant agreed to terminate her dental coverage through Renaissance effective October 1, 2021. Since her credit card had already been charged the October premium, a refund of the October premium was generated and her policy terminated.
