I purchase my son headstone in 2015 with ******** Momentum an it was placed at Autumn Wood cemetery everytime I go see my son the grass is high ant beds everywhere paper flowers tree limbs all over the place the grass be so high it's up to your knees I have to pull up the grass just to see my son headstone it's always muddy I called Mr **** ***** he claim he was gone take care of it till this day July 24,2022 it's still look the same an it's pathetic we paid good money to put our loves one out there an it's a disgrace for a cemetery to look that way an I have another son headstone I'm waiting on an his spot look just as worst as my first son hate I put my son's out there cause it's ridiculous he want keep that cemetery up fed upInitial Complaint

Purchased a grave marker from an outside vendor for my dad when he died last year. I personally delivered it to Autumn Woods. Spoke with employee who told me the grave marker needed to be beveled. The Autumn Woods employee introduced me to a worker from the granite company the same day. He agreed to take the marker to his shop to beveled it. Once beveled was completed the marker was returned to Autumn Woods last year. I went to visit my dads grave in June 2021 to find his headstone not placed. Found it in the display of markers!!! Was told I had to pay. Paid 100.00 to Autumn Woods employee mid June. Still no resolution. I have left messages for the owner, no resolve. Each time I speak with the employee he gives me excuses. He’s very rude and very unprofessional. My dad died April 2020. I had his marker delivered Oct 2020. To this day his marker is still not properly placed.
