      On July ****** My wife and I filed an official ETHICS COMPLAINT against both ***** **************** ******* at the ******************. ***** ******* is listed as a national banker however if and when you check the records you will discover hes not for African Americans. ****** ******* supported the discriminatory practices we encountered yet and still he and even his boss ****** *** refused to make us whole. Its public record that the ********************* just lifted their order against Trustmark Bank in May of this year.We are demanding respect and accountability from this banking institution.

      After having an account with ********************** for over 31 years, I moved out of their service area. After multiple attempts, I have been unable to get them to close the account and remit the remaining balance to me. Instead, they are gradually stealing the remaining money with monthly fees.

      I had the WORST Experience at the TRUSTMARK in ***** on SIWELL Rd. I was assisted by ****, and I went to WITHDRAW ******. She was fairly pleasant. I was speaking with her about placing my funds into my NF acct and the CDs they had available. I also expressed I usually transfer my funds over to that acct but I could wait since I was going to be in Atl the weekend of 11/15. **** took my ID and the check went over to ***** ****** and she signed off on it. **** came back with the funds but in the midst of handing it over she noticed my ID was expired. Okay, fine. However, if 1 of the tellers can Identify you they will okay/bypass things like expired/forgotten IDs. ******* ***** identified me and stated she was the one that opened my acct, but once **** started talking about my withdrawal *** Cherish was like let me ask another *** that was in driver thru. They then declined and said that rule is only valid for $100, which is a LIE!!! I was so frustrated because I came thru driver thru at 8:30 n was told I had to come in, only to WAIT 30mins for the doors to open only to NOT get my money. I called Downtown n spoke with the Sup/Man Corthia to ask general questions in regards to withdrawals n expired/valid IDs and after reviewing my acct she apologized numerous times and reached out to the Byram branch and they gave her so much push back for trying to assist me and NO valid reason why they didnt release my funds. Although the young lady from downtown was SO HELPFUL, I was so ANGRY I CLOSED my ACCT!! So instead of releasing ****** they had to release ****** and lost a customer.

      Stay away from the Byram, MS location. The manager is condescending, rude and hot tempered. Has no patience for your concerns or problems.

      This bank repeatedly charges OD fees even though deposits have been made to keep the account balance positive. I was talked to horribly by the vice president of a branch in Alabama, ******* ****. Literally the worst bank ever. They have been sued before over this practice.

      Every month I have to call Trustmark to get them to reset my password then they tell me I cannot use my old password I have to make up a new one this is the fifth password I had to make up in a month's time I've been placed on hold for 35 minutes and no one never would come back to the phone this is ridiculous trust my used to be good at this but they're getting worse and worser and more locations are being closed

      I have a fraudulent charge on my account and I am unable to reach the card service help desk. Which means that I have to wait until tomorrow morning at 8 or 9 a.m. to dispute the charge on my account. This is not good banking practices. A consumer needs to be able to speak to someone IMMEDIATELY when it is pertaining to their debit card. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend doing business with this bank!
