Date: Wednesday, April 5th 2023, at ** **** ******* *** ******* ** ***** Amount charged to credit card two days later: $897.73 There was a clog in the sewer line and Environment Masters were to come and unclog it They tried to snake out the clog but was unable to do so and told me that they would have to come back with a Jet. They said they would have to get up on the roof to unclog it when they come back but they would not be able to do so UNTIL the FOLLOWING week because of the rain weather that week. I could not wait a week with the condo flooded with sewage water and no plumbing so I had to call around for someone to come and fixe the issue the following morning. **** ***** ******** came, snaked out wipes and tampons and recommended that we install a two way clean out outside to make it easier to unclog if it ever happens again. Problem solved, the next morning, not a week later as Environmental Masters had informed me. I noticed that two days later, Environmental Masters charged my credit card on file even though they didn't fix the issue and gave me an unreasonable time line to fix it. I've used them before for my rentals and business with no issues but this time, the customer service is unacceptable. I called them about the bill. They told me they would send it to home office and someone would contact me the next day but here we are, almost two weeks later, no one has contacted me. This is very disappointing. I have attached the invoice from ****** with **** ***** ******** showing that he snaked out the wipes and tampons the next morning, didn't use the jet or having to get up on the roof, and most definitely not taking a week to resolve it as I was told by Environment Masters.Business response

Our Customer Service Manager *** ***** called Mr **** on April 19, 2023 and he agreed to Environment Masters refunding him $404 + tax for the main line clean out.
