The main sales associate was extremely unprofessional and rude during the process.The workers who installed/did all the hard labor were great and the overall pool is good.Unfortunately there was poor communication within the company and workers about an extra drain we PAID for along with some additional concrete (this was already added into our initial contract.) When we asked about the missing drain, we were told it was "forgotten" due to having multiple pools being placed this week and high temperatures outside. Instead of this being fixed, we got a "sorry." We likely will have to replace the concrete later on down the road because of water still settling under it. To top off my frustrations, the assistant tried to say the drain was not in our original contact. I quickly sent her screenshots of our text conversations with proof and her only response was "you will have to discuss with (owner)." The issue was never resolved.Multiple other issues came up during the installation but this was the MAIN one.Overall, I am very disappointed in our experience and am sad to say I would not recommend the company. I feel that I was charged extra for something that was not provided/fixed when done incorrectly.

Butler Pools Hernando, Ms. did an amazing job!! I am a first time owner of a pool and I could not have asked for a better experience. Butler Pools took care of us from start to finish. When we had a question, they were already taking care of that situation. Everyone included from the staff and installation were professional, courteous and attentive to detail. We have an end result that surpassed our own ideas. It is a welcomed state of comfort to know that there are still people who have the qualities of life (i.e. integrity, responsibility and concern) in this fast-paced world today where, so many are only concerned with their own agendas. Thank you to Butler Pools and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
