Bought a home in Sept 2022 and as of today May 23rd 2024 minimal repairs have been done to the home. I have been ignored and giving the run around whenever I get in touch with someone about the issues. The home is not complete in the inside, trims and doors are not up, there is electrical problems, AC is not hooked up correctly and there are water leaks in the bathroom. I have emailed, called, texted, had legal documents sent to them and they say they will get someone out but that never happens. I was told that the manufacture of the home went out of business and they are unable to get the supplies I need. They offer no compensation for this inconvenience as I've been staying with family members putting me in a financial bind. Please don't waste your time, money, or energy dealing with these crooks.Review from Jacob C

Bought a home in July 2023 and as of today may 9th 2024 very little repairs have been done to the home they ignore every response we send to get home fixed and all these issues where present in the house within a week of the house being put on the property We have emailed, called, texted, posted on social medial along with commenting on live videos about our issues and they say they will get someone out but that never happens Run from these people they are a bunch of crooks and scam artistReview from Rod G

Beware. The walls are so thin it’s like tissue paper, shotty work and when there is an issue you can’t get anyone from Regional to give you an answer or a call back of when it will be fixed much less have the house put together correctly in the first place. Took us months of complaints to finally have someone come out to finish the floor seal in living room that should have been done on the initial job. These people work hard and fast to make a sale but once they make it they don’t rush to get anything done or fix issues when it was their mistake in the first place. We bought a Bravo home through them and the walls are so cheap you can’t wipe them, the cat scratched a line through it and there is no seal around our tub so the water is ruining the walls even when we are careful, this was our dream home and now it’s a nightmare thanks to Hamilton homes and Regional homes of Dothan. ****** changed the cabinets in our laundry room and the color of the cubbies in the living room and her only solution was “we can paint them”. The trim is all pressed particle board and extremely cheap. 50% of our windows are crooked and won’t open correctly. Extremely disappointed with this company. Would not recommend. I wish we would have known they had an F for the BBB before we shopped with them. Only good experience was the actual workers when they finally came out to fix the bare minimum on our list because we wanted to be done with this company. Horrible horrible experience. Management was no better. Don’t buy Hamilton or Bravo homes through them. They are trash. Idk how they sleep at night selling these crappy homes to innocent families. I don't advise anyone to good to TUPELO HOME CENTER in TUPELO Ms.. They are a bunch of liars and crooks still waiting on them to come fix **** from April and its October.. Just called a couple of weeks ago with a water leak they still haven't showed up.. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these crooks!!! Worst experience dealing with town and country of hartsville nothing has been done right since I signed the paper which that’s all they want and then they don’t care after that multiple things on my home has never been fixed and if it has it was just a patch job it’s quite embarrassing that I spending the money I am for this “NEW” home all my problems have been emailed to multiple people that works there all lies and smoke nothing gets done the manufacture has sent part to their lot and have email proof of that but they act as if they received nothing they must have needed it for another home on the lot so it would sale faster for them we are blocked on social media for calling them out on these situations keeps reporting my google reviews meanwhile I have cabinets about to fall off water leaks roof leaks doors not closing lots of missing insulation from under the home trim work that looks like something out a kid’s coloring book everything is outta wack on this home I’m having to pay someone to come see what kinda extent the water damage is to this home cause they could careless something really needs to be done with that place it’s sad the other families that have reached out to us cause they going thru the same thing with this place is it that much to ask for to do someone right that spends that kinda money with themRegional Enterprises, LLC Response

This was the worst experience I’ve had in my life. I’m in tears as I write this. Since I got this home about 5 months ago, there had not been a day that I’ve regretted my decision. The home appeared to be beautiful! I never imagined the problems I’d have getting things fixed the way they should be. First the spot I got it out in was destroyed, and that could’ve been avoided. I have lumps and dents all in my yard. Whatever trash and limbs they had, they just piled them in back. No one buried or burned anything. Could have even taken it with them. They tore the corner of my roof up, bent a porch light, which I just now got fixed after numerous attempts. They bent my back door. I haven’t been able to close and lock my front door properly since I got the home. I had to leave it unlocked for a couple months. Now, I’ve rigged it up in order to lock only the deadbolt. I need a whole new storm door and front door. The drawers have supposedly all been fixed. Yet, another one broke off tonight will I was in bed. Just hit the floor. I could go in and on. This thing was obviously tore up on the inside and just patched up from the get go. If I could do it over again, I’d NEVER buy here again.Regional Enterprises, LLC Response

Regional Homes of Brunswick has yet to prove they are worth a 5 star review for any platform. My (permanent residency) home was delivered July 21st after a July 14th closing. A competitor dealers home was delivered on my street July 20th and I'm seeing more action at this home than was ever imagined. This home is the owners vacation home while I live in a camper on my property waiting to hear and see if my promised 60-90 for CO (September 19 - October 19) will happen. We paid over $20k for work that has not been done since delivery. I have pictures, emails, and texts to timestamp efforts made and lack thereof. At present, we are actively working to complete the septic easement and are waiting for the final site plan from the soil engineer who conducted the perking test at your property. The engineer had to revisit your property at the beginning of August to finalize the work, and we are in regular communication with him to expedite the process. We would like to assure you that we follow up on this matter almost every morning to keep things moving as quickly as possible.
All possible work prior to the septic process, including mechanical, power, steps, and the punch list, has been successfully completed. Your home is in excellent condition and all construction details have been handled with the utmost care.
As you're aware, we've discussed these matters with you on several occasions, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this complex process. Once the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is issued and construction is complete, we have arranged for a professional cleaning crew to ensure that your home is in immaculate condition.

Good evening everyone! I hope you're having a wonderful day. If you're like me and have bought from this company then I can assume that you are not having a wonderful day. Where do I start. Let's start 2 months ago when my wife and I found ourselves at this lovely establishment. We were greeted by the usual money hungry sales person that promised us the world. What appealed to us was the short time line that was promised for delivery and set up. Unfortunately, we fell for it. Two weeks later our home arrived looking like it just survived a bar fight. It arrived with a damaged roof, broken window, damaged drywall, missing microwave and stove door. Oh and some of the trailer strips were held together with bulky screws. We were assured that this would all be taken care of after set up, two months later (spoiler alert) it hasn't. The company they sent out for our septic tank did a wonderful job as well leaving the tank basically uncovered. My wife and I just welcomed our second little one into this world and just want to be in our home. This has all been expressed many times and what do we get? We just get ignored or empty excuses and promises. If you want to save yourself a whole lot of heart ache and trouble, run as far away from this company as you can!
