1 starIve gone to this gym for 2 years and for the longest I loved it. I would consider one of the better if not the best gym on the westbank if it wasnt for the terrible company it was run by. Was charged 150 dollars for fees because I let people use my barcode. Which I didnt but they refuse to show any proof. I talked to 3 levels of management and there all so unprofessional . Ive talked to general manager, regional manager, and operations regional manager and they all didnt care about my situation. They all said we looked in to it and the decision is final. They refuse to show me camera footage because they know there wrong. They wrongfully charged me 150 dollars and refuse even consider helping me. Its also impossible to contact anyone in this company unless you really try. I had to send a letter in the mail just to get an email back by someone. This is poorly ran company that doesnt care about its members just about the dollars. I could go further in to detail but I feel this is enough.Club4 Fitness

Were sorry to hear about your experience.Our records show that on March 13, 2025, your membership barcode was used to access our ****** location during non-staffed hours, along with three non-member guests. As outlined in our membership agreement and posted signage, a $50 charge applies per unauthorized guest during those hours, resulting in a $150 fee.We understand youve expressed concern that your phone may have been compromised. 1 starThis business is a complete scam. I canceled my membership in April, and they continued charging me through June with zero accountability. I was forced to make multiple phone calls, speak to different people, and still got nothing but the runaround. Every time I thought it was resolved, another charge would appear.Their billing practices are dishonest and predatory, and customer service is non-existent when it comes to fixing their mistakes. As of now, I still dont know if Ill be charged again next month. Avoid this place entirely unless you want to waste time, money, and energy trying to undo their shady behavior.Club4 Fitness

5 starsREAD FIRST: PERSONAL TRAINING Ive seen some negative comments on here about personal training, and honestly, a lot of that just sounds like people not wanting to take accountability for what they signed up for. My experience has been nothing but positive.When I first signed up, ***** helped walk me through everything. Yeah, he had that salesman energy, but thats part of the gameand he did it well. I never felt pressured, and he was upfront and informative, so props to him for ******* for the training itselfits been great. Im really glad I committed. My trainer, *****, has been awesome. Hes helped me focus on my breathing and form, which has made a big difference. On top of that, he actually makes working out enjoyable, which I didnt think was possible. The guy knows his stuff, 100%.If youre thinking about personal training, definitely ask for *****. You wont regret it.Club4 Fitness

Initial Experience Two weeks ago, I signed up for a membership at Club4Fitness, specifically attracted by their heavily advertised "no contract, cancel anytime" policy. Cancellation Attempt When attempting to cancel my membership after two weeks, I encountered:- Unexpected "two-month minimum commitment" requirement - Immediate escalation to collections threats Legal ************** Regulations These practices potentially raise issues under consumer protection laws, including:- Bait-and-switch marketing tactics - Misrepresentation of terms - Questionable compliance with CAN-SPAM and Section ***** Prohibition Important Note: As of 2024, the ************************ (***) has implemented new "Click to Cancel" regulations requiring businesses to:- Provide cancellation methods as simple as the sign-up process - Allow cancellation through the same medium used to sign up (online, in person, etc.)- Process cancellations immediately without delay tactics - Provide clear confirmation of cancellation - Not require explanation or justification for cancellation - Not mandate speaking with staff to cancel - Send initial reminders for auto-renewal subscriptions Club4Fitness's current practices appear to violate these new FTC requirements, particularly regarding ease of cancellation and unnecessary barriers to termination.Recommendations for Prospective Members 2. Obtaining written documentation of cancellation policies *obviously have an lawyer review - lol, as we must do these days.3. Maintaining detailed records of all communications - record the local **** 4. Being aware of your rights under the new *** regulations 5. Documenting any violations of the "Click to Cancel" rule Message to Management Your current cancellation practices not only contradict your marketing promises but may also violate new *** regulations designed to protect consumers from exactly these types of practices.Club4 Fitness

1 starI have been trying to cancel my membership since I moved this summer. I was told to go thru a process of online registration for another website. That did not work so I called again, they told me I had to call back next week. Called again and same thing- call back next week. So I call today and there was no record of the last two calls. They said they would cancel it, but I still needed to pay another month. UNBELIEVABLE.Club4 Fitness

1 starHorrible experience, i was calling the local ********** office to add a new card to my account . i ended up canceling the membership because the local manager was extremely rude. He would not give me the home office number, would not give me their location. and was overall arrogant and combative. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I see why they have an F rating.BTW it took about 45 minutes on hold with third party to finally get canceled.Club4 Fitness

1 starThe location in **********, ** is VERY unprofessional. The little boy with the long hair and nose ring is extremely unprofessional. ******* is a HORRIBLE manager and just allows his employees to do anything. My routine is to go in get out. I don't really speak to anyone, but that's not good enough for some employees. They think they can just congregate at the front desk and talk about people. They don't discipline their employees and they are free to say anything they want about you. They had the nerve to cancel my membership today because I had had enough of their talking. Unbelievable. 1 starFiling lawsuit with FL small case claims for loss of ******* of the amenities in the gym has been down for up to a month now with inaccurate ETAs for being fixed. Contacted management about cancelling my membership because I only use the gym for the amenity due to breaking my leg earlier this year. Was rudely told that I would have two pay for another month and half of membership and they wouldn't waive anything. Was also hung up on.Club4 Fitness
