      Unfortunately, I will never, ever, trust BMW again in this lifetime. Be prepared to read this ridiculously long review as I’ve waited and waited for soooo long to see if anyone would eventually reach out try to fix this for me. I bought my 2022 X7, M package, in June 2022, brand spanking new with barely 70-80miles on it. Not even a month into having this nice, almost 90k ride. One day in July 2022, while backing up, been doing this since 2001, in my small parking lot at my shop, their whole system blacked out on me in the middle of me reversing in, mind you I had a 38k Acura prior and gave me zero, ZERO, problems, of course I am relying on the camera to let me know how close I am to the object in the back, but it completely blacked out n within that second of it blacking out and me stepping on the brakes it was one second too late, I was in disbelief with my own eye what I’d just witnessed. So I called the Galleria BMW, told them what happened, what I was told was incomprehensible. I couldn’t believe with my own ears what I was hearing on the other line, these ppl were extremely nice n helpful and didn’t mind taking my money but when something like this happened, I was told to not rely on my camera…I was shocked, disappointed n it was disheartening to have heard this, not from Kia, but BMW, a supposedly a reputable dealership here in D’Iberville, not a 20k car but a 90k car. They gave me the runaround instead and told me to call BMW headquarters, which I did and unfortunately, I was told to contact the dealership where I’d bought it from and so on. Tried again but they said that they’re not responsible for me not paying attention to my surroundings and I shouldn’t have relied on my camera. My 38k Acura ppl treated me like royalty but these ppl at BMW treated me like I was some **** *** that just bought a cheap *** used car from a nobody dealership. I’d gotten so discouraged and tired of the mistreatment and the back and forth with both the dealership and the ppl at

      I get the same respect when I bring my 5 year old 320I xdrive as anyone bringing in a 7 series! Everyone is kind and attentive. My recent experience with an extended warranty claim (my second in a year) for several thousand dollars was awesome. ***** took charge, managed everything...which took 30 days for the insurance company to pay. I only wish I could afford a new one to show my appreciation! All this and a free Starbucks coffee in the waiting area...class act. Rick W.

      Shopping for a used vehicle as a first car for my son. Made an appointment@9AM for a 4:30 PM test drive of a specific vehicle I found listed for sale on this dealership's website and on cars.com. Arrived for appointment @4:07PM and was told by salesperson the specific car did not pass the safety inspection and was not available for sale. No one called prior to appointment to notify me of this. My son and I were both disappointed and felt disrespected. They did offer for us to "look at other cars" and to reimburse us gas money for the drive to the appointment. Upon returning home I contacted Mr. **** ******, sales manager of used vehicles. He was polite and attributed the experience to website listing vehicles as soon as they were received by the business-prior to their "rigorous inspection". Also squarely placed the blame for the dysfunctional test drive appointment on the salesperson. The car is still listed on their website- a full three days after this incident. I am reminded why I have dreaded car shopping, but can at least eliminate this dealership and affiliates from our search for a reliable, pre-owned vehicle.

      I Bought a BMW here salesman was great, finance was horrible. I felt I was cheated and swindled. I wanted to return the vehicle they had every excuse not to take it back. Saying it would cost more to take it back because they would have to certify it, even though it has only been one days since the sale. Buyers beware! I heard good things about the new and up coming dealership. But they were more worried about losing my down payment, instead of customer satisfaction. They definitely lost a customer that day. And I am a BMW enthusiast. This was my 4th BMW purchased in my life time. Might be my last.
