      This dealership refuses to do the right thing. I purchased a used car from this dealership in December 2022. During the test drive an error code came up on the vehicle notating a charging issue. The dealership did something to clear that code before the purchase was complete. The car has been back to the dealership three times since the purchase for electrical issues. The dealership knew about these issues before the sal because they had it worked on but did not disclose these issues to me. They told me the third time I took the car in that they would not fix it despite the fact that the symptoms were exactly the same as the second time the car went in for repair. After a couple phone cars they reluctantly agreed to work on the car. I wanted them to repurchase the car for the price I paid. They offered $3500 less than what is paid. I will never deal with this place again and I do not recommend it to anyone. They should buy this car back because it has been worked on at least four times for electrical issues.

      They are not a respectable dealership. I was lied to, treated like a female. Purchased Camry 11/08/2021, paid cash, have not received Title, have filed a complaint because of Title, I would like to sell it, but need Title. Need to have problems repaired, but will not use their service department.

      Bought a used truck in September, first week in November it won’t start. I talked with them and they said it’s a used vehicle and to go down the road to get it fixed. This was a $25,000 vehicle I would just expect they cared a little after you bought from them.

      This dealership is a prime example of why auto mechanics and car sales have such horrid reputations with the public. They charged over $500 for 1.25 hrs of labor for a vehicle that only had a fog light assembly replacement, tire balance/rotation and standard oil change. When I called to speak to the general manager about this price gouging, he informed me that this was because I had the two top technicians in the state perform the work. He then smugly lectured me that this is “capitalism” and that I only wanted to “fuss” at him. Seeing as I was explaining to him that I am a single woman struggling to support my family, this was a grotesquely flippant response equivalent to an admission that they do indeed treat women unfairly and to him I am a “hysterical female” worthy of his contempt and disrespect. Mr. ******* ******, the General Manager, is a crooked (his word, by the way), misogynistic, greedy, vulture capitalist. There is fair capitalism and there is immoral, unethical price gouging. He is the embodiment of the latter.
