      The Service and ***************** are grossly ineffective doing their jobs. They apparently provide false information and are extremely poor about providing customer feedback / updates about on going work. Scheduled camper for repairs 25 Apr 2023. Upon drop-off was advised they couldn't start anything for about a week as they had sent all their technicians off to a camper rally. After a couple more weeks I called and was informed they knew what was wrong but were waiting on detailed parts information before they could provided an estimated completion date.. the only time I got a phone call from them. It's now 30 Jun 2023 nothing has changed... no communications at all. I've been able to personally confirm both the needed sources and availability for the parts they say are needed within 30 minutes of trying. I see no real effort on their part to get the job accomplished or provide reliable and timely information to the customer.Their focus seems to be on making things easier for themselves. This is exampled by their not repairing those things on the camper for which they can do now, in order to only pull it into their shop once and do everything then. This includes re-caulking the roof, meaning it sits in the weather until then, knowing it needs sealing. It also apparently means it gets put at the back of the line for getting into the shop versus being put in by promised delivery.

And also to agree with the overall point that we did not hold up our end of the agreement. You have made your frustration clear to me. We really are sorry for the trouble. And as you and I have discussed, we have identified failures in our system and our steps to correct those flaws.       I believe they may have resolved their problems. First, they didn't hesitate to own up to their failings here. They did turn over a well repaired camper with very neat work. Conversations with them reveal changes in training their people, investment in upgrading supporting computer systems, and clear management interest to improve its awareness and oversight for the business. Won't really know until the next time... but I'm hopeful for them.

      DO NOT DEAL WITHN THESE PEOPLE . THEY WILL LIE . HAVE HAD BRAND NEW RV THAT WAS BOUGHT DEC 3 2021 BACK WITH THEM SINCE DEC 14. WAS TOLD YESTERDAY IT WAS FINALLY READY MY HUBAND JUST DROVE 2 HOURS TO PICK IT UP STILL NOT READY

      ***** -- we are truly sorry for causing your husband to drive here only to discover the ** was not ready for pickup. It is my understanding that you have, or will be, reimbursed for mileage -- please let me know if I need to facilitate getting it done. As to the repairs: the slide-out issue is affecting many manufacturers across many brands. As a result repair parts are difficult to source. I believe the manufacturer told you they would expedite repair parts to us; we'll have them installed as soon as we have them in-hand. And please know that we too are frustrated -- we never want a camper to be down but especially when it's brand new. We hope that once we get through this and get you back on the road that it will be smooth sailing and happy camping.       They say its ready but again we are being lied to. The * M said no freezing in the pipes but there was. And they are charging us. When we told them it had not been winterized *********** manager said no charge for shower doors and now they are charging us A shade was broken when in their procession and we are being charged.
