            Pattern of Complaint:

            Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with American Automotive Service Solutions.  BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging consumers receiving unsolicited phone calls and mailers, misleading sales tactics, failure to honor the contract and poor customer service. 

            On October 7, 2019, BBB mailed a letter to the business with its concerns.  The company responded on May 24, 2022.  The company states they do not make outbound sales calls.  They currently send their solicitations by mail.  The company claims the amount of complaints received by BBB is a very small amount compared to the amount of business they receive monthly.  The company says, "We take our company seriously and strive to make this the best experience for all involved, customers and employees."
