      June 6th,2021, I attended a gun show in Branson Missouri. I purchased a gun and ammunition from this vendor. The salesman stated this was a new gun that was under a manufacturer warranty. I used the gun for recreation purpose a few days later and the ammunition blew up in the gun. I immediately reached out to this vendor and they blocked my number. I called the manufacturer with the serial number and they informed me this was not a new gun, it was a 2010 model that had no warranties. This company has failed to address the issues with the gun I purchased from them.

      I have tried to call the customer.  The gun has never been used nor had a previous owner.  The customer need to call the manufacturer and tell them it is a newly purchased gun and show the sales receipt.  Mail it back and they will replace the gun.  I spoke with the manufacturer about it and they suggested the information I just gave.  The gun is an older model, but it has not been used or touched.  He can reach out to me and I can explain this process to him.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Stone Ledge Pawn Shop has not once attempted to call me. They have not answered any of my calls (about 15) which I have record of. On top of blocking my phone number they always blocked my fathers number after he attempted to call back to speak with the representative Roger as instructed by the employee that answered the phone earlier. This Company has refused to acknowledge their actions and is making false claims to protect their business. The company should have answered my calls and corrected the problem from the start instead of me spending literal hours of my time to resolve the issue. They have ripped me off, lied to me and cost me money and time out of my own pocket and I expect a full refund.
