**** came to my house was suppose to do half the fence clean up the yard and porch and cut down trees he had mentioned needed to be cut he showed very few times took everything that was in my yard that was worth money and took the money for the job and never came back then said I had to spray for poison Ive I did that and he still never showed said he would give us a refund never did this is the worst business ever and I will make sure I tell everyone about itInitial Complaint

Contract signed on 4/29/2021 Start date of May 19th came and went. Promised multiple start dates and none were fulfilled. Ask for a refund on June 27th and no response. Paid this guy $5086 dollars for a fence and he never showed and now will not return my messages.Initial Complaint

We signed a contract with Joshua Kiner to do work for us and paid him in full plus additional costs of $11900. He never would show to do the work and the small amount of work he did show up to do was incomplete and needs reworked. My yard was left a mess and he destroyed parts of the common ground next to my house. I contacted him to request a refund since he never showed up on the days scheduled to do work. He always had excuses but never called. I had to get ahold of him. Last time I talked to him he agreed on the phone to come over and refund me the money since he had a satisfaction guarantee. He blocked my phone and my wife’s phone. He refuses any form of communication. If he doesn’t refund, it’ll go to court and I’ll press charges througb the attorney generals office for fraud.
