5 starsI've been using Garage Door Guy for going on 10 years for my own home and my rental house. I have them out once a year to assess the door operation, condition of the rollers and for proper lubrication. ******************* and polite respecting my property as you would expect. 5 starsThank you Garage Door Guy for your prompt and professional service! I called to have my older garage door opener checked. It was noisy and the door was refusing to operate properly. It was explained to me that they could repair the existing unit or they suggested that since the unit was quite old, I might consider replacing it. I decided to replace the 20 year old opener and the new unit is wonderful. The service was excellent and they worked well with my tenants. I will use this company again and highly recommend them. I will also be calling The Garage Door Guy to have them service the garage doors on my other houses to prevent future problems. Thank you again!Garage Door Guy, LLC

5 starsI thought this was one of the most considerate, responsive and professional services I have ever been involved with. Staff is knowledgeable and communicates well. We had some equipment problems that they diagnosed and resolved, even though it too more than one visit--supply chain issues. Would wholeheartedly recommend these folks. If they can do it (bet they can), they will tell you; if they can't they will tell you that too. Trustworthy!Garage Door Guy, LLC

5 starsThey were quick to respond and send someone out when I had a collision with the garage door. They were honest about what we did and didnt need. When ordering, they didnt try to pressure ** into higher priced doors. They took our needs and price range into consideration. 5 starsI've known the owner for years, but this week I actually experienced his company's amazing customer service! *** energetically scheduled my repair for the next day, and ******* wasted no time fixing our broken spring upon arrival. A new garage door setup is in my future, but there was no high-pressure sales job overshadowing the needed repair of the hour.
******* replaced the broken spring, lubricated and serviced the rest of my overhead door system, and emailed us detailed estimates should we decide to replace the system in the future. He also took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process of what he was doing.
It's not surprising that Garage Door Guy, LLC carries an A+ rating as an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. Highly recommended!Garage Door Guy, LLC
