              On October 16, 2020 I seen a parcel for sale by Insta acres. It makes notice in website about land that it could be sold by time done with email, they sell fast, etc. so scared I’d loose it for my animal rescue forever home. I tried to go down with dad. The directions had us on opposite side of town even with GPS numbers. Pictures and website and contract is *** ** *** ****** **** ***. Last week I went down to start construction with my dad again they gave directions took us to ***** **. I’m tract ** ** and I called and told drive to their office and they’ll download a link I already had downloaded and was using its information that took us to wrong tract. On way out of town to Iowa. We were to camp but had to spend a lot more cash on gas and hotel. So I just want the amount I paid with 500 down as requested through site. Since according to Missouri if false info is given it makes contract disposal. He laughed interrupted and said I was lying and much more.

              I have nothing but good things to say about *************. I contacted ********************* about 9 years ago about a 10 acre lot he had and ended up with 3 10 acre lots and eventually bought another for a total of 40 acres. I am glad to see that his business has grown to help others to buy land that is otherwise kind of tough even with great credit if you don't have the huge down payment for land it is hard to get. with what IA has done is given people like myself the opportunity to get out of the city.
