We ordered the mattress from a store and they hired this company to deliver my mattress. Two guys brought it. They put it on the lift, and found it was too heavy to get it off the lift. The straps broke on the box. They did not put straps on it, so they continued to try and carry it. They dragged it across the front and up the stairs. I asked that they wear a mask due to my wife being disabled. We were told they would wear masks around us and in the house. One guy had an attitude and he told us he could take it back. Per the company, they were to allow us to have it flipped so we can decide which side would work for us. They did not use the straps and would not do it. They were to take the old mattress to the neighbors house. He was being very unreasonable. The service was not the "white glove treatment" I was promised to get.Business response

I am writing in response to complaint ********. I have spoken with this customer directly and responded as requested. While speaking with the customer he expressed that he simply wanted to know that his frustrations had been heard and requested a letter stating that we were acknowledging his complaint and proper actions had been taken regarding the delivery team. I have mailed this letter to the customer which is my understanding brings this matter to a close.
