            Ordered helmet on Sunday the 29th of Jan money came out the bank never got anything confirming order called business on Thursday the gave my wife the run around said couldn't find order but the money was taken out of bank have proof they got so rude with my wife they called her a dumb n word told her she wasn't getting anything and hung up do I would like my full refund

            I purchased a helmet at the ************** location. They told me to wear it at home to be sure fit was right. I discovered the chin strap hit my ***** apple so took it to return. The store said "returns for credit only". The web site says the company does refunds. I was told the store policy was different and on the receipt, but I wasn't given one- it was quickly put in the box and there was NO mention of the store having a policy different from the web site. Also, there was NO mention of the store policy by the sales person. The store credit offered is only good for a year and I have no other big purchases to make that I know of at this time. This was my fourth purchase but will be the last. I recommend if you see what you want but have any doubt, look but buy somewhere else. Other retailers are very different and value customer relations much more. Do business with them instead. I will recommend this to all the motorcycle riders I know and repeat this experience far and wide.
