  We got a bid from Best Roofing and Exteriors LLC on 9/10/21 for $1,975 to build a breezeway from a detached garage building to attach to our main house. 9/30/21 we paid 1/2 the amount $987.00 via check #**** to Best Enterprises gave to **** ******. Work was est to start on 11/1/21, moved to 11/8/21 due to client out of town. We asked about different design, they provided new bid 11/1/21 were supposed to review with ***** 11/7/21, he did not come by, so we decided to decline those changes and stay with original bid.11/9/21 - Emailed **** ****** asking when crew would start work. 11/1021 - **** replied they would start on 11/12/21, crew did not show up until 11/16/21, after multiple attempts asking, they pulled soffits to check what was needed, there 30 min and left. 11/18/21 - Crew returned to frame for about 2 hours. 11/19-11/22 discussed small change in project with ***** ******* (owner), ***** said small change was no issue only 1 - 1/2 hour worth of work and less material, due to already purchased material. 11/23/21 - Texted ***** to move forward with small change based on conversation. 12/1/21 - Crew arrived unexpectedly, after multiple attempts, they started without confirming the small change and cut into a corner siding, which required them to take down all siding to redo it, worked 1.5 hours. 12/2 - Crew arrived worked 8 hours. 12/3 Crew arrived worked 6 hours. 12/3 - ***** sent new bid for an additional $1,185 in labor and $595 in materials. The original bid was for $1,975 for 2.5 days of labor which is the total time the crew was here, they were not here any extra days, we were only paying for the quoted 2.5 days of labor. We had to source $125 in materials ourselves and they damaged our building. We tried to work it out with *****, but 12/5 - ***** sent another new bid for additional $4,739.77 labor and $742.64 in materials. We need help from the BBB as this company is trying to change the bid and charge us for extra labor and materials not done.

  Used this company to do a retaining wall/ water drain in our backyard. Paid $7000 down. Check cashed in July. Work began 8/25/21. Was quoted to be a 5 day project. They didn't show up half of the time until 10am left at 11, returned at 12, worked until 2. Mostly standing, talking or sitting on our patio making on cell phone. Wall had to be started 2x from scratch. It was bowed, unlevel, not being constructed properly. ***** admitted this. Rained and flooded 3 neighbors yards. Drain running uphill. ***** stated needed to tear down again &start over. Blocks glued. Wall able to be pushed over by hand. Had another contractor show us everything wrong. They tore up our yard, busted our sidewalk and driveway. Damaged neighbors yards. Fired them. Won't give us money back or fix damages. Will be sueing them for taking a project them did not know how to complete properly, taking our money and damages.

  This company put a new roof on my house in March of this year. I have a contract with them and it specifies a 10 year warranty on the workmanship. Singles have been falling off ever since. The lawn boy almost ran over some of them Saturday when he was cutting the grass. I have been calling him to come and fix the problem but he keeps putting me off. Saturday night he was very rude and he slammed the phone down right in my ear. He tries to blame it on the storm, but the storm was Saturday afternoon, after the lawn guy had seen the shingles. I also have a couple a neighbors that will verify that shingles had come off before the storm. In addition, he was suppose to fix a hole in the ceiling in several places and he has never done that. The insurance company paid $16K for this job and he has failed complete the work.

  The company came out Tuesday and they worked several hours to get the shingles outside.  A couple more shingles dropped since then and the flashing was not fixed.  There's still work to be done in the house.

  We were hired to install a new roof for the lady that lives at this house.  I know that we finished 9 months ago in November , and she was very very happy, but she called and had a leak still coming in, so we came back 3 times and fixed several things that we thought that might be the issue.  On the 4rth visit, we found that her WINDOWS were the problem with the leak the whole time.  Which fixed the problems with windows...at no cost.  On June 19, 2021 a terrible storm came into Maryland height's and the fact her Mannford style house is on an open high point, several of the shingles were blown off.  This storm was so severe that trees in the area were blown over and many many houses had damage.  She called me and I sent a crew over.....there was no leaks, but the new storm causes some shingle damage, which we fixed right away.  I have picture after the storm and after my crew went over and fixed all the issues.  I will still help if any issues come up, as this one was for another severe storm, and we still did the work for free, which actually was a new claim.  Also she had her claim denied 2 times from State Farm, and we worked and had her roof approved for a new roof.
